    [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=szBTl3S24MY"]‪Creation Seminar 1 - Kent Hovind - Age of the Earth (FULL)‬‏ - YouTube[/ame]

I found this very fun to watch. It brings me sorrow to see him talking to young children in an instructional enviroment, but besides, that i loved it.

Presumably that is supposed to be "no one". In the even that you did mean to type 'no one' then your statement is seriously flawed. "no one" is an absolute, and you have no proof to validate your claim while there is abundant evidence (the number of Christians who do take creationism seriously) to act as evidence in support of denying your claim... On the alternative, you simply spoke through a state of ignorance of the subject matter, the subject matter being the number of people who do 'take creationism seriously'.

In certain fields they do. Fields that don't involve any critical reasoning however.

Hovind is both a criminial and liar. At best he is entirely ignorant of the theory of evolution. At worst he fabricates premeditated lies about the the scientific theory. BTW he did not receive his degree from an accredited institution.

Creationism is simply the use of strawmen against evolution.

Absolutely nothing more resides within their argument.

There is a youtube user who posts videos refuting Hovind. That should be enough.
    http://www.youtube.com/user/ExtantDodo?blend=1&ob=5

And here are written refutations of Hovind:

That man is a cheap fraud. Don't trust anything he says.

So he doesn't believe a theory that is full of time gaps and missing links. Imagine that

So tell me how evolution explains how earth came to be and where life came from.

Wait thats right they start in the middle because they can not prove how their theory started

There will be gaps, fossilization is a rare occurrence, we have not excavated the entire entire earth, and with each discovery two new gaps are created.

    lol

The theory of evolution deals with a particular field. I believe you should consult astronomy and abiogenesis for the other two.

Every theory has gaps, that doesn't mean they are baseless. What is remarkable is how many of its predictions have come true, and how much evidence it does have.

So tell me how the theory of gravity explains how atoms came to be and where energy came from.

Wait thats right they start in the middle because they can not prove how their theory started (matter and energy are required for gravity to exist).

Patriot Bible University, unaccredited, gave him a phd of "Christian Education" (whatever the hell that's supposed to mean) for a thesis that he refused to let anyone see. Now he has no choice since wikileaks published it.
