Real communist governments were never meant to be dictatorships where there is one absolute leader. The only dictatorship that Marx spoke of is dictatorship of the proletariat, which refers to a socialist state in which the proletariat, or the working class, have control of political power. The dictatorship of the proletariat does not refer to the Classical Roman concept of the dictatura (the governance of a state by a small group with no democratic process), but instead to the Marxist concept of dictatorship (that an entire societal class holds political and economic control, within a democratic system).

Take a political science course. You may need some pre requisites like history to get into Poly Sci 101, but it will make things very clear for you.

In that course it makes clear that communism is not merely an extension of socialism and need not be a dictatorship.

The Soviet Union, you will know, was always a republic with regular elections for the top offices of the government. But, it was a one party system.

And yes, some of Owebama's policies are very communist, not the least of which is Owebamacare. What else would you call a system that FORCES the populace to purchase something from a for-profit company. [It would be socialism if the health supplier were non-profit - get it?]

Oh, by the way? Communism and Fascism are pretty much one in the same. Fascism is NOT right wing, not if, and most political scientists agree, it impedes free enterprise AND individual liberties.

So republicans are not right wing? I guess far right wing extremists would fit the definition better, but the modern republican party are obviously against those two items. Not in their speech but definitely in their actions. They adore cronyism capitalism and only accept personal liberties that do not contradict religious dogma.
