Very strange that the same hospital demanding I wear a mask tomorrow ...

I asked my next door neighbor who happens to be a nurse. It has to do with protocol. At least in the hospital he works at. It's easier to just expect everyone to wear a mask then to go through a process of verifying who has or has not been vaccinated.

 

Yes, some(few) people have integrity. That fact demands then that some other people do not have integrity. Many of those hold political office, perhaps a majority of them.

Throughout the history of mankind men (especially those holding power) have conspired.

As James Madison noted centuries ago, in truth ALL men holding power OUGHT to be mistrusted. Sage advice, proved correct by the passage of time.

 

I agree about politicians, but I think that scientists are mostly honest. Perhaps not so much in big pharma.

 

The known facts regarding the Opioid Scandal in this country show that doctors and scientists are just humans. A certain portion of them will write and say as they are paid to write and say.

 

Maybe it's a particularly american thing? Just saying. Obsession with $$$

After only one maskless month... Los Angeles County will be reimposing indoor mask mandates, etc.

It seems more of a human nature thing to me.

European doctors and scientists will also write or say what they are paid and instructed to write or say. Obsession with money is not limited to national borders. I suspect Aussie doctors and scientists, at least a portion of them, will also write and say what they are paid to write and say.
