    What's MSM got to do with this discussion? They lie by omission and distort the truth by not reporting important stories that go against the dominant narrative just as all legacy media do. But they are still required to live up to standards of ethical journalism.

    So it’s not vindictive to just **** can everyone because they worked for the other side? Trump gave these people a shot and they proved to be partisan borderline treasonous hacks. Obama didn’t give a **** from day 1. Just fired everyone. Who’s vindictive again?

    I reject your premise that it was retribution or truth. Vindman openly stated his opinion was more important than Trump's, probably committed perjury, and was described by a former commanding officer as a political activist in a uniform.

    Military worth is worth it's convenience, nothing more. When it's convenient to the narrative to use military veterans then they are used, when it's not convenient then it doesn't matter.

    There are plenty of folks out there who genuinely agree with how the likes of Clinton, Buttigieg, Booker, Biden, etc categorize Trump supporters. The same folks will turn around and claim to support the military. The military is not a "thing", it's individual people, and A LOT of those individual people are very pro Donald Trump.

    Either Trump supporters are these vile names that so many Democrats call them or they aren't. Being a military veteran doesn't absolve anyone of that. Multiple Democrat Presidential candidates have called Trump supporters everything from deplorables to racists to bigots. In turn, these people have called tens of thousands of US Soldiers those very same words.

    No backtracking, no "but". That's what these candidates said. We aren't special, we count too. So if we want to play this game where we disrespectfully use military veterans as pawns for a narrative when it's convenient then we will.

    I can name two friends and fellow Soldiers who gave their lives fighting for the United States of America. Those two young Soldiers were very pro Donald Trump. 2020 Democrat Presidential Candidates called these two Soldiers racists and bigots, period. Folks can try to spin their way out of that all they want to no avail. When the words "Trump supporters are...." is used that includes military personnel. And it is a statistical fact that the overwhelming vast majority of all US military personnel who have died in combat since Trumps inauguration were Trump supporters.

    But by all means lets continue to use military service as a pawn for when it's convenient for a narrative. I can do that too. And as demonstrated it can be made to look a hell of a lot worse for Democrats if we want to play this sick game.

    after reading the replies from trump supporters on this thread

    I am 100% sure they are in a cult..

    I have been conservative my entire life...

    I voted for every republican president since jimmy carter

    in the last election I could not force myself to vote for either candidate

    I did NOT vote for obuma, but I gave him a chance and he did ok

    I did NOT vote for trump, but gave him a chance and he proved himself to be a disgusting human being

    it is kinda funny the brainwashed trumpers only defense of trump is one of the below statement

    "yeah but Hillary"

    "yeah but obuma"

    and the one used the most and proves my point

    if a person does not like trump and sees him for what he is

    "you must be a lefty" or "liberal hack"
