Of course it says. And BTW, Wiki is not edited by "them Nazis", it is quite "kosher".

Was Germany partitioned into two independent states? Yes or No?

    Was this implemented?

I have already reported to the moderators that this thread is just another disinformation thread, but the show goes on.

I have said that this is a disinformation thread, Putin never said that he has any plans to reclaim Finland.

But if the population of Finland voted in a referendum to become part of Russia (like it was the case with the Crimean Peninsula), then the Russian parliament would have to decide, if this wish of the inhabitants of Finland is in the interests of Russia and if there should be any reunification.

    As simple as that.

so if a part of Russia votes to join Finland, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Armenia, Georgia, Russia should let them go?

lol!!!! you know how Russia would respond to that. They would kill them all.

Yes, I would support these people, if they voted in a referendum, no problems with that.

In this case I would not support Russia, as simple as that.

But this is only a hypothetical scenario.

If you refer to the former Soviet Autonomous region, called Chechen–Ingush ASSR - there was no referendum, the Islamists just usurped the power, but they did not have any popular support and that was the reason why they did not permit any referendum.

As we see, Dudayev was just a dictator, a former Communist that decided to become an Islamist, but he did not have any popular support, he could not win any referendum.
After the people of Chechnya were asked, they voted for the reintegration with the Russian Federation.
