    At the moment we have a volunteer fighting force. Congress could change that with a reenactment of the draft. The funding is determined by Congress, our elected representatives, who decide on acquisition of the federal government's income (through taxation or borrowing) and how that money is to be spent. If you decide you don't want to pay your taxes, you may be prosecuted and punished. Or, you could just leave and find another country more in tune with your beliefs. Your choice.

    We don't need NATO here in Europe. Americans like to talk about the U.S. "protecting" us but the only Europeans dying in uniform are NATO soldiers getting killed in U.S. instigated wars in the Middle East. I say, "Yankee Go Home!" and take your coca cola, baseball caps, and macdonald's hamburgers with you.

    I just paid old outstanding library fees, right now I’m reading killing the ss by Oreily and a book about fords manufacturing before and during ww2. Once I’m done I wouldn’t mind suggestions lol. I liked world war z too and honestly i liked the jfk book by Stephen King

    I am from a non-NATO nation and I do what I can to keep it that way.
    Nor am I, but some NATO members do refuse to follow the U.S. into war and openly oppose U.S. plans to engage in war.

    FOI: "As of 2019, no member state has rescinded their membership, although it has been mentioned by a few countries. Notwithstanding, two former dependencies of one NATO member have never applied for membership subsequent to their becoming independent states."

    Pelosi was scheming that Trump should be oust.

    The subpoenas were hung by the chimney with care,
    just like Jeffrey Epstein after the Clinton's were there.

    The Dems were all nestled and snug in their chair,
    With visions of Bernie and his free medicare.

    With all of their lying, and Schiff pounding his gavel,
    they just couldn't get Donald Trump to unravel.

    With Trump back in office for another four years,
    we better get used to more liberal tears.

    I think Trump is golfing now on a well deserved Christmas vacation. As for being impeached, there are pundits who say he was and pundits who say he was not. Either way, it makes no difference whatsoever. Nada.
