Denial is a progressive thing; the more people defend a position of hate and bias, the more ludicrous the claims become.
Tough management makes enemies- within and without. It also get things done that the make-work plodders never get around to, and it addresses needs that politicians fear might be unpopular.

I don't know of any conservative that denied Trump had faults, and understood most of them. For example the focus on sex or infidelity ranted about, when the majority of our presidents have also been also involved in infidelities. Trump was a shrewd businessman- a deal maker, and no doubt pissed off a lot of people. However that is the game in the big leagues; the competition is on that level and the losers always blame someone else- not unlike politics. With the lefties however, they are blind to the faults of the people they allow to take power, and follow like baby geese.

Aside from Trump or any news announcer, and rational person can see Biden has developing dementia. It was obvious before the election- and no such person is qualified to handle perhaps the most stressful job in the world. He's a puppet, not a leader- and a person unable to grasp what is going on, let alone have the competence to make good calls and decisions. That would be true if Trump had never existed.

Biden stuttered as a child. If you think what is happening at the news conference is stuttering- you need to read up. On the other hand, that and many other examples are textbook examples of earlier stages of dementia. Just last week, we buried a woman I've known for more than 50 years, and over the last two watched dementia progress- not only memory slows, but cognizance and basic abilities such as counting money, understanding danger, being gullible grew quickly. A once very sharp and prudent person became vulnerable to all sorts of con men, and her chosen heir had to take over her affair with conservatorship.
TWO YEARS- to go from a normal person of high character who had always been prudent and independent into a woman who could get lost in her own house.

You saw Joe Biden in the video clip from a current interview. Here's one from one of his previous presidential runs. Compare- and tell us you hears stuttering, and there's no difference in capacity.

I was thinking the same thing you were, except in reverse! When other countries supposedly thought badly of Trump, the left was hysterical, claiming they were SO EMBARRASSED. Now this indignity, and not a peep from the left. Just depends on what side you're on, I guess.

 

There is a difference when Australia doesn't actually feel that way, when the poster was trying hard for partisan smear (and that's all he could find!!) and when the issues with Trump had to do with the serious disappointment of actual leaders of other countries.

While I do agree with many posters here that international opinion of our politics should matter to us about as much as a fart in the wind, its worth noting that China Joe does represent a credible threat to Australia.
