  2. Though the selection sucks, one of them will beat Obama!

  3. I am unsure.

if the Republicans succeed at the voter suppression they are scrambling for and continue to rig elections, you might be right. If you recall bush never won an election. He was appointed illegally the first time and the votes were rigged the second time in Ohio where 1) exit polls showed a different story and 2) bush's crony owned diebold voting machines. Shameful really. They claimed ACORN was causing voter fraud, but it was them all along.

I expect everyone who believes your first sentence will vote Weirdo too, if only they can remember their way to the polling station and their names, if allowed out.

Meanwhile, back in reality, Ron Paul's core constituency is actually independents under 30.

How do you go from being a conservative to a progressive so fast? Did you accidentally jam an ice pick behind your eye socket?

So? There are lots of young weirdoes in the 'States because they've never been allowed free thought, as you know. And most peasants everywhere believe they are independent as they obey massah, obviously.

Obamacare doesn't stop insurance companies from controlling the medical market. It only allows them to raise prices more when the government is willing to print money to cover the expense. Just like colleges raise tuition when the government raises how much it will back the college tuition loans.

Good article in today's Guardian pointing out how destructive the effect of Fox News on the Republican Party, demanding high drama and performers of non-stop mouth-music and excluding anyone capable of actually governing so as to please the brainwashed fanatics (my words, those) who vote at the primaries, which will put off all sensible people. I trust it's right. I've never actually met a mad American, but I suppose you tend to keep them at home.
