Not in Florida, Virginia or Texas government. Not in the majority populations of those states. But it is selling still in liberal metropolitan areas in those states AND most other states with liberal governments and populations.

Racism as the left now defines it is everywhere. The right denies their definition. Standardized testing has a disparate impact that disfavors blacks, so by their definition standardized testing is systemic racism. Capital gains taxed at a lower rate than wages, racism. Voter ID. 96% of whites have them but only 94% do so, racism. School's disciplinary suspension and expulsion, racism. Criminalizing public transport fare jumpers, racism. Cash criminal bond requirements, racism. Mandatory minimum sentences, racism. ANY racial disparity that disfavors blacks and it is literally everywhere.

And Biden switching from demonizing Republicans as Racists to "semi fascists" that pose a threat to democracy is not helpful.

Many politicians are in business to get elected and to stay elected. Nothing else. I think Dan Crenshaw is an exception, but sometimes I wonder even about him, though he has put his life and limb on the line as a Seal, so it's okay by me.

Mediocre Joe Biden has had his head in the public trough for decades, and he likes it there. He's not going to do anything helpful if it imperils his next free meal.

What I find amazing about our university system is how casually they violate the rights of others, but, this should help them reconsider.

MAKE THEM PAY: Prof fired after speaking out against antisemitism, sexual misconduct wins $1M settlement.

Why is higher education such a cesspit of hate and bigotry?

    WOKE IS WHACK

'Pollack-Pelzner, who is Jewish, objected to school President Miles Davis of making anti-Semitic remarks, including jokes about gas chambers and Jewish noses. The professor had also raised concerns about allegations of sexual misconduct by board trustees.'

    GAS CHAMBER 'JOKES'?

'Linfield’s settlement serves as a warning to universities that “if [they’re] going to mess with the expressive or due process rights of students or faculty, [they] better be prepared to pay.”'

    HUNG BY THEIR VIRTUE-SIGNALLING HANDBOOK

“While Linfield is a private university not bound by the First Amendment, its faculty handbook makes express promises of freedom of expression and academic freedom. When you break your promise, you’re on the hook.”
