[I don't like Milo Yiannopoulos, Ben Shapiro or Ann Coulter but who cares? They have a right to speak at any gathering, anywhere they are invited to. Many young liberals at liberal universities seem to think they have the right to decide when free speech ends and where one acceptable view of the world begins. Is this what progressive liberalism has become? Is this "progressive"?

We can't call the right wing "fascists" when we act like a bunch of brown shirts storming around in our psychological jackboots! We should be listening to other views quietly and respectively then go our way peacefully. Threats and smashing heads should never be our way of dealing with other ideas. What do you think? Do you agree...or not?]

Trump's election is a great example of why it is necessary for the Constitution to protect Flag Burning as "Protected Speech".

The American Flag deserves ZERO "respect" as long as Trump serves as POTUS.

Of course they will win again. Anyone who thinks that a clean sweep of the presidency and both houses of congress means that the other side will never win again hasn't been paying attention to history.

 

This has become the rights'favorite word. I think they will still be saying it about Liberals when Trump and they are finally kicked to the curb in 2018 and 2020. Oh hell, they'll still be saying it in 2120, when nobody will remember who they were. Trump's Great Fluke will become their One Great Triumph, never to be repeated or forgotten.

 

You know, I think you and I could find agreement on some things, believe it or not. I'm trending toward Varg Vikernes in the belief that there is no political solution to this. Just prepare for the inevitable collapse of the current system, and rebuild something better later on.

 

It's over for me. I no longer trust or respect this country. I will never say the pledge again.
