The Chinese virus has taught me to reject everything to do with Chinese manufacture but in the long run, I thank them. I now happily have paid just slightly more for batteries, bandannas to be used for masks, a bicycle, and a number of other online purchases. It takes some effort to ferret out the country of origin but it usually can be done. Interestingly enough, a product like a battery can be sourced made in America or the same as one made in China. Personally, I will look for and purchase products made anywhere but China.

Why is it that so many people are so utterly mesmerized by the fake media that they actually get upset if you simply try to show them the truth?
They even go out of their way to post fake things to "prove" their positions?
Honestly, I just don't get it.

There's a psychological explanation (I forgot what's it's called) that explains that people cling to certain ideals out of fear. An example was given of Mystical Martial Arts "Masters" who could knock people down without touching them. They have MANY followers. But anytime these great mystical masters face a real opponent and not one of their own followers, the results are predictable.


I'm wondering if this mentality is what affects so many on the Left?
I have a feeling many on the left are terrified souls who latch onto the fear mongering media for psychological "protection" from their own fears.
The reason they so vehemently defend their positions of fear is that they are too afraid to accept any other possibility because that would make them "vulnerable", at least in their minds.

It is REALLY difficult to reason with people like that.
