Now is the time to get to normal and stop the hype and hyping. Hospitals are well under max capacity ( except for some rural hospitals that have a history of maxing out preCovid 19), the vaccination is available to those who want it, a good amount of people have already had Covid...and the unvaccinated count probably includes them in the number. The disease is not deadly as hyped in the beginning of 2020 and symptoms can be for many....extremely minor.

I'm done with it.

In the UK we are seeing the death rate in the third wave post vaccine fall by around 90-95% based on the second wave in cases pre-vaccine and it's the Delta variant that is now dominant

As has been said many, many times, vaccinated people can still contract covid - their symptoms, however, will be far less than if not vaccinated. We are now seeing vaccinated folks wanting to travel but getting positive testing, which grounds them.

More importantly, though, for those who care about their fellow man, vaccinated people are horrified by the spikes and the unnecessary deaths associated.

 

True. People are tricked into all kinds of things, marriages, Ponzi schemes, fake widespread election fraud conspiracies, Reptilian aliens inside human bodies, and on and on. There is a guy online that claims to be a business attorney for celebrities. For decades he's been posting about some of the famous singers we all know actually not being able to sing but are dubbed over by people who are less "visually appealing" to wider audiences.

A person can only be tricked into something if they are not willing to face it head on and accept whatever answer that provides for them. If so, they don't care if they are lied to so what is anybody else supposed to do about it? We can't get people to wear masks. You think they are going to suddenly start caring that our politicians are getting mega-rich off our war dollars and sending our kids to the battle line?

 

Vaccinated folks with Covid can infect others too.
