    if Peterson was convicted of a double murder with the death of the fetus, then necessarily the law recognizes the fetus as a person. you can't murder an un-person, you can only kill an un-person.

    Right, because it's a potential baby that she wanted and chose to have.

    Right, it isn't a baby until it's born. It would be a potential baby in either case.
