Whistleblower says Obama received financial aid as foreign student

SANTA ANA, Calif. – While Attorney Orly Taitz was participating in a rally in front of the U.S. Capitol on June 19, a whistleblower from Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC) in Albany, N.Y. approached her to say she personally reviewed the microfilm of President Barack Obama’s financial aid and it reveals he received financial aid as a foreign student and a citizen of Indonesia.

Taitz was provided the woman’s name, work and personal e-mail address, home and cell phone numbers and independently verified the whistleblower’s employment.

Further, Taitz learned that when Obama transferred from Occidental College to Columbia University, his financial aid would indeed be handled by HESC in Albany.

The whistleblower also advised Taitz that HESC’s policy is to retain microfilm of records in the company’s safe and said several HESC employees made copies of the microfilm in the event management decides to destroy the evidence.

According to Taitz, the whistleblower came forward because she is concerned about fraud being committed and Obama, being a citizen of Indonesia, was never eligible to be president of the United States.

The information was submitted by Taitz to Division Three of the Fourth Appellate District Court of Appeal in California, noting the new information is of important and urgent public concern and weighs in favor of granting her appeal in the case of Taitz v. Obama, Feinstein, Emken (G047746).

Because of fear of retaliation by Obama and the Obama administration, Taitz asked the court to allow the whistleblower to be able to submit identification information under seal and any testimony to be done in camera (in private).

Wow. It would actually, in a way, be comforting to know that Obama ISN'T eligible to be Pres. That way, we wouldn't have to face the fact that an intelligent man born and educated in this country seems to want to change the country in the ways that Obama does.

Now would come the part to see if the U.S. has a mechanism whereby to remove someone who has been serving illegitimately for 5 years. We BETTER have that mechanism.

I did a search of this. The MSM is not touching this at all. I figured that he was lying on his apps to get aid....but it is OK because everyone does it.

Lets see how this pans out. Whistle blowers seem to be coming out of the wood work on this Admin. POTUS needs to come clean and fade away.

 

She's the only one still standing, good for Orly. As for Barry applying for the international financial aid, why not? He could have provided college with his Indonesian skrul record, listing him as Indonesian citizen...

 

This isnt about his birther certificate.

This is about his lying cheating and stealing from the American people and honorable college students.

 

Obama has never denied that he received student financial aid from governments. He has never denied that he is the President due to affirmative action. He is proud of it and wears that fact like a chip on his shoulder.

If by some strange quirk of quarks, it was the DEMS who thought Obama wasn't a citizen, and REPUBS who thought he was, you'd be "sure" that he WASN'T a citizen, I bet.

 

Here I thought all this time he was president because he received the most electoral votes.

History selected the first black President, and it's going to be for two successful, history making terms.

He's not going anywhere, as the country is less important than being able to call the first Black Presidency a success.

Keep it where you want, Best , but in my opinion, if he took money as a foreign student, he is probably a foreign student, which I believe means that he wasn't born here.

I know that you may not want to take it that far, Best. But I think that's where it goes IF Taitz is correct.
For the record, I think Obama was probably born in America, so I'm not a birther. But I can't pretend, like so many of the liberals, that I'm SURE he is a true citizen. Because NO ONE is sure. Not even Obama. He doesn't remember back to when he was 24 hours old. He has only his mother's word for it. Even the doctors are taking the mother's word that that was the same infant that grew up to be Barack Obama.

And I'm CERTAINLY not disagreeing with you about Obama being a liar and a cheat. The evidence for that approaches overwhelming and undeniable, IMO.

Not news at all that BH Obama lived his higher education years as an exchange student and it is irrelevant as to his eligibility to be president. BHO's father of record was not an American citizen so he can not be a natural born citizen. It is that simple. As sad and unfair as it is to the liberal/progressive horde; if your father is not a citizen at the time of your birth you cannot become president..
