I do not want this thread getting out of hand so please follow the rules Whites and Asians have problems with Black people. Serious problems about crime, social pathologies and dependency. The response from black people and their lickspittle white supporters is that the discussion of such subjects is racism. The charge of racism is made in order to silence discussion.

I will not be silenced. My reaction is to abandon the ideal of racial justice because the charge of racism is being used for improper purposes. Thus, I won't care about racial justice until black people man up and go toe to toe with me. This won't happen because African Americans are too fragile to withstand the debate.

I'm afraid of young black men. The crime statistics maintained by the Dept. of Justice prove they are committing a disproportionate percentage of violent crimes. Using statistical probabilities, it is simply dangerous to be in the presence of a group of young black men. Hell, even young black men are scared to death of other young black men. They have become totally nihilistic on the street level.

Yes, it is true. I am a bigot. I dislike all people who are stupid.White, black, Asian, whatever. Folks who are willfully ignorant annoy me.

Now that my bigotry is out in the open, I long for the day when we are all the same color and folks will hate people for being (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)s instead of for the color of their skin.

I would really like Black men and women to come on this thread so we can talk about the illegitimacy rate in the African American community.

I would like to talk to them about the low self esteem of black women.

I would like to talk to them about why black men desert black women and children.

I would like to talk to them about why so many young black men attack Asian men and women because they think they are easy targets.

I want to talk to them about why black children don't learn. Vietnamese kids in the same classrooms succeed, but black kids generally don't.

I want to talk about why so many African Americans don't become skilled in legitimate occupations.

I want to talk to them about what they can do to heal their community.

The first step in recovery for African America is for African Americans to openly admit their community has social pathologies many of which are attributable to their own degraded culture.

I won't let a young black man get near me. I'm afraid of them. If that is prejudice I'm fine with that.

We give them all the good things they could ever hope for, treat them like brothers, give them the finest education in the best of neighborhoods and look what happens. Have we ever hurt them...NO. Have Black people ever had a reason to fear white people...No. haven't we been good Christian's to them. YES. They get everything and we get nothing. I'm so sick of this. If only there were no Black people, then everything would be fine like it was in Europe, where the aristocracy cared for us, and we loved one another. I recognize historical injustices. I also recognize that black people are partially responsible for the creation of their own afflictions. Black people are not blameless.

 

You should have put that in your OP if that is what you wanted.

That being said, it seems clear to me that your dislike or distrust of African Americans is not necessarily representative of the entire white populace.

 

Your point is well taken. But no black man or woman will come out to face me because they are afraid to discuss these subjects. What they need to realize is that sunlight is the best disinfectant.

 

It's too bad Black social pathologies weren't resolved when America had the money to do so. In the absence of real economic growth redistributionist policies promote social strife between political winners and political losers.

Wealthy white people will be fine in the future, but not so for white working and middle class people. They are going to be the losers in a globalized multicultural america. As they move down the food chain they will become aggrieved. They will have even bigger problems with people they perceive as benefiting at their expense.

Clearly I pointed out a flaw in your argument in your OP, namely that you grouped all white people in sharing your fears of black men and your thoughts on race. Beyond that I have no argument with what you say. Not because I endorse it, mind you, but arguing such things makes me feel dirty.

 

Black people are not blameless, and they are not even really half as responsible for their current situation as people try to make it seem. You have to ask yourself what happens when you treat a person, or an entire people like animals. Animals. It hasn't been more than forty years since government at least learned to hide it's enduring racism and stop making overtly racist policies. How long are people going to use this sorry excuse to sneer at them. You get a girl drunk and then you laugh when she wobbles. You abuse an entire people, and then you scoff when their community is in shambles. The crimes these guys faced aren't ancient history or even "way back in the past". There are a few people alive who were slaves, and plenty alive who were second class citizens. When a politician had to make it clear that he did not support black rights to get elected into office. When the KKK was hosted in the White House, and when they could take pictures...pictures beside a black, burning body because though there was technically laws that said everyone was equal on paper, in reality, there was still racism in America.

White guilt prevents many white people from openly discussing the unique situation and failure of African America.

I feel no guilt for what was done long ago. I have a better perspective on the way America once treated black people because I was alive to observe it first hand. I recognize the progress that has been made. That's why I have zero tolerance for the continuation of black social pathologies and dependency.

I cut black people zero slack. My family is East Asian and Eurasian. We just don't feel responsible for things like the disintegration of the Black Family.

What ever happened to the Black Family. Seventy three percent of black babies are born to unwed mothers. I'm not responsible for the disintegration of the Black Family.

When I was young the Black Family was a pillar of strength for AA. Since govt. became altruistic the Black Family has disintegrated among significant sectors of the community.

 

No, allow me to explain why I feel dirty, now that you will not let it die.

When someone clearly has issues with another race as a whole, arguing with them is pointless as you simply can not change their minds. You see, they have adopted their positions not out of knowledge, facts, or morality, but rather out of fear. Fear of not being successful in life, fear that they are not as smart as others, or fear of confrontation, be it intellectual or physical.

Now this fear has on odor to it, much like if you run over a skunk in your car. The skunk is dead, but what was within that skunk that was so foul it only allowed other skunks to be near it is all over your car, in repugnant little droplets, and no matter how much you wash it you can't get that stench off. Every time you turn on your heat or open the window, you still smell it.

So let's summarize. I do not have white guilt. Your argument just has a scent gland to it and I don't want to smash that gland as my truck already reeks a bit from duck season.

 

Of course. It's a known psychological fact that only psychopaths experience no guilt. If you were alive, then you should be old enough to know that big changes don't happen overnight. What you are asking if for a tanker to do a 180 when the light turns green. Impossible. It takes time and patience. As you said, there is progress.

Consider a child. Long after she is raped, she still has to deal with the psycological issues, the emotional distress. Now consider Black people. Not only did America treat them like animals, they did everything in their power to dehumanize them and make them realize it. They told them that by Christian religious law, in the eyes of God himself, they were fit to be slaves. They told them that scientifically, they were inferior. Minstrel shows routinely made them out to be buffoons and hapless idiots. For crying out loud, they had cartoons...Disney cartoons...showing Black kids how inferior they were. When that didn't work, they beat them or murdered them. Pathological? Maybe. But it was the nation that did that to them. Confidence problems? Probably. Who wouldn't. What you have is a total lack of empathy, and you hold that up as a virtue of some sort.

And guess what. Even today, the same prejudices exist. The same racial battery and the same condensation from you, and people like you and worse than you. People all to willing to rub their present conditions in their faces. You don't inspire you nag and throttle them with insults and sneers. You don't do anything to help, you just complain.

All these reasons and probably some neither you or I can see are what keeps the Black Community from just sprouting wings and being the outstanding citizens white people are not.

 

Saying mean things to me is of no consequence to someone who spent thirty five years in an adversarial and confrontational venue. It just doesn't mean a thing to me. You can continue along that line of thought, but it will not avail you at all.

I'm focused and won't relent on the subject of this thread. Do you think I'm responsible for the disintegration of the Black Family. Let's explore this subject if you can compose your emotions.

Things have never been worse for the African American underclass. And nothing can be done to help them until they acknowledge the social pathologies of their community.

You've said nothing new. Did you know that the concept of White Privilege was invented by a white man named tim weiss? How pathetic is that? Black people couldn't even articulate the nature of the problem. External reality has no mercy.

Things are going to get much worse for all African Americans if they don't save themselves. Acceptance of the truth about their own role in the creation and maintenance of the social pathologies is the first step in healing.

Most young white people are too poorly educated to be outstanding citizens or people.
