Floyd was going on and on he could not breathe before Chauvin showed up.

Floyd kept it up and kept it up. While I know the cops called for an ambulance, had Floyd simply followed orders, today he would still be living.

George was complaining of breathing problems before Chauvin put a knee on his neck. We agree he was in distress but I disagree that Chauvin had the intent of murdering George Floyd.

Maybe the officer was wrong to shoot her but she should have never been there to begin with.

Maybe you could say both were in the wrong but the cops were on edge and panicky after protesters forced thier way in to the Capitol with violence.

These cops probably did not know some were let in freely and the cop that shot Ashli was probably stressed out and panicking.

She would still be alive had she not been there.

Even if the cop does not intend it to be fatal, ballistics says a lot of the time in fatal parts of the body, it is going to kill a human.

What caliber do Cops arm themselves with? At least .30 cal. size. Read the ballistics on the killing power of those rounds.

She was killed and her body was in the hall away from the location of the Cop.
She being a female was not that much a threat to him since he was around 8 feet from her. He had the advantage over her.

In my opinion you are correct.

She made a decision to enter the building knowing full well that she did not have authorization nor permission to do such. She decided to attempt to climb through a window that was smashed out and ended up getting shot and dying from her injuries. When breaking into or entering a building under the circumstances that were under way, It's important to remember with decisions come consequences; I wonder if she were able to talk if she would admit that she made an error in judgement and paid the ultimate price. While it's a tragedy that she died, the blame should be and is due to her bad decisions made that day.
