Frankly if it had been me I would have taken her outside and given her a lecture in acceptable social interaction...in simpler terms than that. And then told her she was too old and looked ridiculous in that hat.

I've worked in more professional fields and I've had a few off the wall rudies. My education came when my kids worked fast food. Many low life's put my kiddos through hell.

A boss I worked for told me that he came from the fast food industry...and he actively hires fast food employees that have stood the abuse successfully for a period of time because they understand how to deal with public and always excels in his more professional environment.

 

They do it because they're vicious and arrogant. There is nothing quite so pathetic as people who hurt others for sport.

 

Unfortunately the bad behaviour has been heard more and more against those in public service like docctors, nurses firefighters etc.
Though normally by younger people and often not in their full mental self control.

Apparently, condemning her horrible behavior is elderly abuse. The same people standing up for Rudy's "assassination attempt" and this nasty woman would be calling for the death penalty if she didn't look like them.

Nobody is pretending to be medical experts. Some of us have medical experience and personal experience with elderly people.

So, this particular person is a fragile old person and should have our understanding when she unleashes on a complete stranger for seemingly no reason. Is that your position?
