Now you are posting here what everyone knows already, of course no one ever claimed here that Hadiths are more relevant than Qur'an, that would be really ignorant. But saying Qur'an is the only relevant ( like you did ) is totally wrong and also ignorant.

who said there is a punishment in Qur'an? i didn't, there is only in Hadiths.
Qur'an do says "He who obeys the Messenger has obeyed Allah."
Hadiths: "...The Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.'
