Why hasn't the Nashville school shooter's manifesto been released like all of the others?

its like 90% obvious to me they are waiting until there is a bigger story out there so this fades into existence by the time they do release it. I said 90% because maybe they lost the manifesto? Maybe its in Joe Biden's garage? who knows with these people

I think the key point remains; The assertion is that this case is being treated differently to any other for political reasons. The problem is that nobody has been able to identify any other case where the circumstances were similar but the actions of the authority were different (indeed, just any case where the circumstances were similar).

Oh, I agree. Do you imagine that will change if/when the full text is released? Lets not pretend that the vast majority of people crying out for it to be released want anything other that to use it to spin up anti-transgender propaganda.

The Biden admin is finally releasing the manifesto but probably a heavily redacted version to hide the worst parts. It is clear Democrats deliberately were hiding the "tranifesto" (actual name media is using to describe it) because it makes trans radicalism and extremism clear.

Well, until we have an answer, I don't think we can compare this to previous shootings in which the piece of human waste shooter left a manifesto.

The prevailing narrative for weeks would be 'see, Trumpers want to kill you! we told you!' or something to that effect. But if a preferred/protected group calls for violence, the narrative becomes 'hey, dont mind that, look over here at this other thing.' Far easier if it can just be tucked away in a file for 'national security' or whatever excuse they're using...

This is actually the same old song and dance from time and time again. Whenever there is an ongoing investigation, what law enforcement chooses to release to the public is very limited until the investigation progresses. Usually the first thing the police release is the identity of the suspect, along with a photo of them, and even then so, that information is not always released in a timely manner that is to everyone's satisfaction. I can remember when the San Bernardino shooting happened someone made a thread on here speculating why the police were not revealing the photos of the shooters, then later that very same day the photos were released.. but of course the OP did not walk back their speculations.

I can also remember when George Floyd was killed, the first footage we first saw was what was released from bystanders' from their cell phones. It actually took the police department a full year before they finally released the body camera footage to the public. I can also remember similar demands being made to release the body camera footage from when Nancy Pelosi's husband was assaulted with a hammer, and it took a bit of time before they would released that footage as well, which also resulted in threads and speculation on these very forums.

Sometimes content like this is released right after the event, but usually that's due to sources outside of law enforcement releasing it online, and then media sources picking it up. As was the case with the cell phone footage of George Floyd, or the Buffalo shooter "manifesto", the latter being the gunman himself who posted it online. In the case of the Nashville shooter, we have a similar written statement from the killer, but in this instance it was not posted online. The latest we've heard from law enforcement on the matter is that they do plan on releasing it soon.

This is pretty much the same old routine we always see, just about any time there's a major event like this there is information that isn't released until some time later.. and every time this happens you see the same activity play out online. Every time you have a group of people who are asking questions, and making calls for the information to be released, which is completely reasonable and understandable. However, every time this occurs there is also a second group of people who go beyond merely asking questions, but remain dead set on an idea on why the information hasn't already been released. Eventually the information is released, but in my experience that never quite resolves the ideas that they have already made up in their head. In fact, nothing ever seems to, they make their claims on why the information will never be released, and then when the information is released and they are proven wrong, they don't ever seem to have it in them to walk back on what they previously said. Instead they try to find ways to double down on their previous claims

That's how things have gone down with past cases, that's how things will go down with this current case, and that's how things will go down in future cases. I've seen it time and time again, and I don't expect it to stop happening any time soon.

I'm glad it hasn't been released. They should never be released. As little attention as is humanly possible should be paid to the human garbage that commit mass murder. That attention is the number 1 reason these types of events are being perpetuated.
