Some facts from Germany and a german view on a few discussed issues:

The advice to stockpile food and other useful things is not new, it exits since cold war times. The list has been actualized due to the awereness of the possibility of crisis, like sabotage of the electrical power grid or massive terrorrist attacks. Our modern "just in time" economy is vulnerable and a stop of food supply in supermarkets would be difficult for normal households. Personally i don't know anyone who has such a stockpile or is planning to get one.

Germany is in no way prepared for a war. Our army is shrinked down to a minimum and has for example only 200 Leopard 2 Panzer left, it's called "Friedensdividende", peace dividend. The Bundeswehr hasn't even enough manpower and material for our few international missions. The most important fact is that our population is highly pacifistic (reeducation has worked) and a lot of people would prefer to stop all international military actions.

A part of the german gold reserves are in foreign countries and there we come back to cold war times. A possible german exile government would have been able to act with this gold after a sowjet invasion or to resettle german survivers after a local tactical nuclear battle. Small parts of the german gold in Fort Knox is brought back in the last years and some of the german gold in Paris (700 tons from 2013 to 2020).

Apart from the horror news in the yellow press Germany still has a high level of inner security. There are problems but only a small part of it results in lasts years immigation crisis. We have problems with east european burglar gangs due to the open borders in Europe, "Schengenraum". Police is in Germany mainly a task for the police of the federal countries and some of them aren't willing or able due to budget issues. As example the chance to be a victim of a burglar is in "Nordrhein-Westfalen" (largest city is Cologne) six times higher than in Bayern and the bavarian police has a three times higher crime clearence rate for the delict burglary.
In 2014 the german police killed six people by gunfire. No, not on a bad weekend in one city, that's the number for the complete year in Germany.

"Deutsche Bank" is just a shame. In the 80's it was the backbone of the german industry but nowadays it seems more to be the home of a criminal organization. Thirty years in the hands of investment bankers and only a ruin is left. A breakdown would harm our economy badly but we would be able to handle it. Two world wars weren't able to harm our economy permanantly but it would hit a lot of our european partners extreme. Our economy is actual in a pretty good shape. We have an all time high of people in work, the unemployment is on a 25 year low, we have the third balanced federal budget in series and our gain in exports ("Außenhandelsüberschuss", i'm not sure about the english word for it) has left China behind, first time since 2008.

My 2 cents: you are probably wasting your time.
Unfortunately, reason, prudence, facts, (attempt for) objectivity and mature discussions are not really wanted by many users on this board.
If you are, however, looking for black-and-white, good-versus-bad, left-and-right cliche kind of thinking where even the stupidest analogies are good enough to be used as an "argument", you have come to the right place, and there are pissing contests on a daily basis.
Be prepared to get lectured and schooled on basically everything German-related by people who very clearly know close to nothing about the things they talk about.
In a nutshell: Am besten keine großen Erwartungen an die hier benutzte Diskussionskultur haben.

    Greetings from NRW.

Have you got the slightest evidence of that, however tenuous it might be?

Putin is forever complaining about NATO, about being surrounded by NATO, this is current news. About Russia's intention of taking over Eastern Europe, history reveals all:
