Why is USA hated?

Well if you don't like us, that's a good thing, huh? We really don't care what the global opinion on us is. There are no wars on our side of the globe.

9/11 deaths in the US deliberately, no offers of any restitution? We occupy the Mid East to control oil distribution and price so our economy is strongest. That is strategy. We tell the world whatever it wants to hear. That is also strategy.

I am not ashamed of my country. I find it trivial....those who make bold statements, unwilling to identify themselves.

 

If you hate America so much why are you here poking your nose into American topics?

I don't know where you live and don't care.

But you must have propblems in your own country that require the attention of the superior class

If you dont live in the USA then comparing most other countries to the great power is thwart with danger.

The overwhelming response here on my thread is that USA is "hated" because they are envied for their success.
They cant be hated for no being humane...the country, like mine in Oz is built on migrants of all nationalities,,,even from Russia and Iran.
The USA is so huge militarily it is the only power that has the capacity of leverage or dominance/influence to fix it.
She isnt perfect. Democracy isnt perfect. Just better than the alternative

It could be because some might read this forum and a poster might think "Socialism Works" is how America thinks. Oh and America by and large supports Israel because it keeps the Middle East savages distracted and occupied with something to do, much like with a 3 year old toddler who is rotten to the core.

Spot on. The US will occupy any country that is a major global distributor of oil. We have been in the Middle East for decades. We will be there until the oil runs dry or another energy source trumps it. If we wanted to snuff radical Islam out, the CDC is stocked with ways to do it to an unvaccinated population. We could poison the water supply, embargo the region and not let food or water in, I honestly cannot imagine the possibilities at my country's disposal. Needless to say, if we wanted to decimate the population there, we could stage it with biological warfare and convince the world it was a smallpox epidemic in the region.

 

US military is voluntary. In Israel 2 years of military service is mandatory. Lobby to raise what constitutes the legal age or sit down.

Part of being an adult means you get to make choices of your own and experience the consequences, good or bad.
I'm very thankful our military is voluntary. Check the stats on young adults that die in car accidents, overdoses, and alcohol related fatalities. No comparison to war combat casualties in the past few decades.

Well you're not doing so good thus far, that's for sure. All you've done is (as the thread suggests) attracted global hatred for always antagonising the populations of other countries who didn't ask for, nor wanted you to poke into their affairs. You never understand the situations anyway so why the hell do you keep poking in only to attract further hatred. A little humility** for a change wouldn't go amiss.

Many critics have little idea of the diversity of both culture and landscape in the US. It's not wise to proclaim criticism without having some first hand knowledge. I think much of the critique has to do with US foreign policy and I have to say that there is much to criticise. It's just that if there is going to be criticism then let it be sharp and honed and specific, not a general whinge.

 

This is precisely the sort of comment that answers the post, why is USA hated. The lack of education and intelligence is frankly pitiful. Thankfully it’s completely absent from the Americans I have met.

Such thinking isolates America from the world and any support of this view is not only wrong it’s also very dangerous. We all share a common home i.e. the planet Earth and it is evident that our home is in increasing danger of being changed and the awesome threat of becoming completely barren of life, it will take a huge conservative effort on the part of all nations to hopefully change and you as others have buried your brain in the sand hoping that’s its all fake news.

You are just jealous cause your country sucks compared to the USA! We have indoor plumbing, the best food period, better internet than almost all countries with a few exceptions like Japan but they have always been pretty good with the technology stuff but they all sleep in tiny little boxes and wear hats with ears on them. Europe only has the internet cause we rebuilt it after WW2. THE USA is so great that even Mexicans want to live here and almost all of the Canadians want to live as close to us as possible.
