How do you know that you weren't infected asymptomatically?

 

Nothing. The same evidence existed for mask usage on March 8 when Fauci’s infamous statements about masks not being very effective aired on 60 Minutes as existed on April 3 when masks were (finally) given a blessing by Fauci and company. When Fauci was saying masks weren’t very effective, epidemiologists in South Korea were working hard to supply their population with masks, not telling their people not to buy and use masks. The South Koreans had the same evidence for mask usage as Fauci and took the correct action of solving their mask shortage problem. Fauci chose to lie instead of working to help people get masks.

I worked with four different people in an open area who coughed on everyone and then got tested....

I took point blank Covid positive coughs, 4 feet away, for days.

When I grew up we didn't have vaccines for all the 'childhood' diseases like measles, mumps and chicken pox. I had measles and chicken pox but never mumps. Mumps wiped out our class rooms, just a handful of kids left so I have no doubt I was exposed, I even spent the night with cousins who had it hoping to get it over with but nope. That don't mean anything in the big picture but it's evidence enough for me to personally believe that some people are naturally immune to some diseases. I don't see why Covid would be all that different.

 

I don't remember all these mean Trump events and I believe the whole story would give a different picture. I remember Trump working very hard to find sources for supplies and in large part finding them and providing them to Governors who were asking for them. This pandemic became a media anti Trump weapon that gave us what we have today in Washington.

I recognize that links can be most useful, and try to provide them about thread topics, yes they are good.

But some folks seem unable to have a discussion without links, as though if one claims it is daytime, someone else will demand a link.

You have no obligation to believe that tests were conducted in this country regarding the efficacy of masks regarding the airborne transmission of virus. I don't care if you do, don't care if you don't.

They were done, and the data gathered over all those years falls exactly inline with the empirical evidence shown during these last 2 years, including my anecdotal experiences. What you understand and believe is none of my business.

 

I pointed out where Trump bureaucracy made decisions to cancel moves made by the Obama bureaucracy.

And, I pointed out where the Republican congress also blocked Obama on stockpile moves.
