Why was the 2009 pandemic not taken ANYWHERE NEAR as seriously as COVID-19?

Criticism can never be "FACTS." Criticism is ALWAYS opinion! And you haven't been able to say how Trump's
counter-punches are politicising the virus. I'm now giving you another chance, but I really don't expect much! :roflol:

Black unemployment was on a downward curve LONG before Tramp took credit for it.
    Try again.

    From the report:

"Although the investigation established that the Russian government perceived it would benefit from a Trump presidency and worked to secure that outcome, and that the Campaign expected it would benefit electorally from information stolen and released through Russian efforts, the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities."

Damn. I read that as bailing out the failed economy AND bailing out bush wars.

would you think it was wrong if Trump removed the watch dog of the stimulus spending... simple yes or no

you're denying it happened, so if I show it did, would you think it is wrong?

as always you left out the most important part: "Third, the investigation established that several individuals affiliated with the Trump Campaign lied to the Office, and to Congress, about their interactions with Russian-affiliated individuals and related matters. Those lies materially impaired the investigation of Russian election interference.
So they could not establish it because of the OBSTRUCTION of Tramp's LYING operatives.

If the watch dog did nothing which warranted being removed, then absolutely I would think that it's wrong! And I would say it!

As I told you, the source was the CDC. How could you have possibly missed it? Oh you didn't, you just edited it out of my reply.
    How very "honest" of you!

No, I saw your mention of "CDC", but do you actually consider that to be a SOURCE? Surely not!

Sorry, how exactly does any of this mean that Trump conspired with Russia to influence the 2016 election?

That's nonsense. Even if someone admits to something they can be attacked for it!

So it was going down under Obama? But yet pandemic non-preparedness wasn't identified under Obama, or under Bush? You see, it's okay - we don't just have to stop at your precious, untouchable Obama, we can go all the way back to Bush!

Then they're idiots. So it seems that you're honest enough to not blame Trump for the debt incurred by the Chinese virus.

Trump was the debt king before the corona virus, this just made it so much worse

but I agree, the tea party was idiots and they did not really care about the debt, they just wanted to attack Obama, or they would be attacking Trump now

and he did just that - now he can ask corps for political favors or not give them any funds

"Trump removes independent watchdog for coronavirus funds, upending oversight panel"

    https://www.politico.com/news/2020/...navirus-funds-upending-oversight-panel-171943

"A panel of inspectors general had named Glenn Fine — the acting Pentagon watchdog — to lead the group charged with monitoring the coronavirus relief effort. But Trump on Monday removed Fine from his post, instead naming the EPA inspector general to serve as the temporary Pentagon watchdog in addition to his other responsibilities."

I'm saying that he said what he said when he said it. Is there anything wrong with acknowledging what a politician actually says?

Are you suggesting that he should not have known any better on February, that he should have brayed his praise of Xi and China even after U S intelligence services had been uncovering the truth about the virus and warning about it as early as December?

iIntelligence reports had been warning that China was minimizing the danger of the virus, and there had been calls within the Trump regime to prepare for a likely pandemic. Trump shrugged off the intelligence reports, and repeatedly assured the public that coronavirus was nothing to worry about. As late as February 25, he was still insisting that it was "under control!", that "the people are getting better, they're all getting better!"
