In this country you are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, not the court of public opinion. If he is arrested and convicted then remove him if elected. Until then it is all conjecture...by the way Moore's lawyer has subpoenad the year book and financial records of the first accuser...would you believe the facts if found that she was paid to accuse, to influence the election.

Actually, no arrest and conviction would be required for Republicans to remove him. That is why, with so many testifying to their having been preyed upon by him when they were teenagers, and folks in his community attesting to his reputation, their common concerns and consistent acounts vs his self-interest in lying about it disposes McConnell, Ryan, and others Republicans to deem him morally unaceptable.

If Moore can discredit all his accusers effectively, McConnell, Ryan, and other Republicans should apologize.

As for me, I want to see the White evangelicals of Alabama send him to Washington anyway. It would make the GOP Congress even more dysfunctional and repugnant.
