Funny it wasn't too early to ask when your guy was up in all those early straw polls.
    Now he's down 0-2
and in one poll way back and NOT SURGING IN S.C.

16 % is not leading in any form.

so the seed of doubt still remains with those Paul supporters..

if he cant win a state..how can he win a nation.

Not all delegates have to vote the way we instruct them to vote.

All the states have primaries. When the others drop out, they will all vote Paul. Add up all the challengers % to Romney, and you have Paul's support in future primaries. If the people voting for the others were front runners, they would all just vote Romney. They are voting ideals, and when the heard is down to two, none will vote Romney. For they know they can't trust him. Conservative is more than just a catch phrase. Why do you think people on FOX are pushing the others in the race to stay in as long as possible? They are pulling from the Paul vote, not Romney.

And after Romney wins there ..it is up to the NEXT state ?
In any other contest it would be down to the top 2 or 3..not the entire field with Trump waiting on the outside.
15 debates and the FIRE PEOPLE is what they have been all along...except the OTHERS have made far worse statements along the way.
2 more debates this week..why no Cain..MB or Pawlenty ..or Palin Or TRUMP..or Glen Beck ?

Maybe if you keep throwing mud at Romney it might not stick to those super conservatives ?

    They now back SANTORUM..
Is he running for a religious post or the leader of the free world ?

When was the last time the church created a better economy ? ( TRICK QUESTION )
and how did they do that ?

He's been winning the Nation for the past 5 years. Didn't you notice?
Romney won't get anything in the end except a crushing loss to Obama. Paul is going to end up winning the war the exact same way Barry Goldwater did.

You're really drinking the KOOL aide now.
FOX IS NOT FOR ROMNEY as I have explained in several threads. They ARE the CONSERVATIVE station and support the right side of the conservative movement..The TEA party..the church voters..
In show after show they have the ANTI ROMNEY DEBATE.
    Not the anti Obama vote.

If they really supported Romney from the get go that conservative movement would LEAVE FOX in a heart beat.
Once Romney has destroyed the ultra conservatives Paul will not be their guy..but he has the FBN and the Judge with 1 hour of free air tine without debate every night.

I really believe the other Conservatives would never support Paul over his utter lack of foreign affairs that go against their principles.
Romney would destroy Paul on JOBS..JOBS and JOBS along with national defense.
    One on one ?

    I am not afraid...

People on FOX is what I said. If you honestly believe the right is going to come out in droves for the guy who is wishy washy on abortion, wishy washy on gun rights, and started socialized medicine in his home state, I have to question your sanity.

actually, when you cast your ballot, you're not voting for Obama (just an assumption on my part by your postings), you're voting for his elector. back in the day, the elector's name was on the ballot. several states have been pushing for laws that compel electors to vote as they were elected to do, but that's fallen flat, as i recall.

We woke up to snow this morning and I was going to go clear out the driveway so we could go out for breakfast but decided against it. Ron Paul is extending his money bomb and I decided to save money on breakfast to go donate instead. My home made eggs and bacon taste better than normal:mrgreen:

YES, Romney will beat Paul. I'm not sure Paul can even beat Santorum in SC...

Yes I think Paul will loose both SC and Florida, but I think he will be a big winner on super tuesday. Maybe not enouph to win the nomination but enouph to sway the convention towards some of his ideas.

No question that Romney will beat Paul in SC, and beat him by a considerable margin. The question now is, Will Romney beat Gingrich in SC? Paul got thrown out with the bathwater. He pulled a "Perry" in the last debate. Paul was nearly incoherent.

Romney DID beat Paul in SC. 27& to 13%, and Santorum beat Paul 17% to 13%, and Gingrich beat Paul 41% to 13%.

Paulobots need to realize that means that 87% of the people of SC want somebody ELSE, not Paul.

You may have missed it, but Gingrich said in his victory speech that Dr Ron Paul has been saying that the Federal Reserve is wrong for 25 years and Gingrich completely agrees with Dr Ron Paul.

But according to Paulobots, all the other candidates just lie every time they open their mouths.

They said that they know economically times are tough and everyone else has to cut back on things but they will still have to raise their tuition another 5% again this year.

When I look at Romney I see the man who created the template for Obamacare. When I look at Newt I picture him in a three way with Hillary and Bill and with the moral fiber of....well.....Hillary and Bill.

I just can't believe Paul is losing to these guys.

He's losing because he's a tired old man that has talked beautiful but has never DONE anything to bring his ideas into reality. He's losing because most people now realize what listening to empty talk got us into in 2008. Now they want a real record of actually making things happen. We got a guy that just talks and nothing happens, we don't need a very used version of the same.

And the "moral fiber" half of marriages end in divorce. Because their was not the moral fiber to do the work to keep the marriage together. All those people are not concerned with moral fiber. In fact they don't want it mentioned if there is a mirror anywhere nearby. They don't see Newt as any different than themselves.

And I consider talking a good story for 36 years and never accomplishing one part of that good, AND NECESSARY, story to be completely immoral. If a person can't do the job, shut the hell up and get out of the way of someone that can.

At least the race is still open. Establishment is pushing for Romney hard, so we know that is the last person we want. Newt can't win it, but his victory made an "easy rigging" nearly impossible now.

You go newt ha ha....really I do not like any of the candidates but any are better than Obama. But I agree Newt most likely will not carry middle America and the west in the presidential election.
