He should get deference. Most understand the timing of all these indictments coincide with the election and is political in nature. Dems have nothing to run on so to subvert an election is all they've got.

We qualify answers all the time! Nuance, circumstances and thoughts.(You could argue if 'The Stain' was thoughtful, he wouldn't be in his predicament right now). It's not a gotcha that I arrive at a decision, and logically have my reasons for it. I put a rebellion at a higher threshold, then a bunch of people storming the capital and making a fuzz with no connection.

And the further and further time distances us from the event, the more silly it feels. So if you want to demonize voters for their voting choice, that is the next logical step and attack on American Democracy. When we no longer feel safe in the ballot boxes to cast our votes.

They had over three years. In the New York case fraud is the charge with no harm done. It's a first. How many years have lapsed since this Civil rape trial has come to the forefront?
