Biden can't manage the virus any better than Trump has done. He can make different recommendations than Trump has, except that the CDC is the group making the recommendations, so those won't change. Any "messaging" changes Biden does won't matter because state governors are individually in charge of the health of their state's citizens. They can take a President's "national" health recommendations and follow them with even more strict measures, or they can tell him to bugger off.

Even Kamala said they can issue a nationwide "mask mandate" but the federal government can't enforce one. It's just a recommendation. Nothing more.

I can't believe y'all have spent an entire year blaming Trump for mismanagement, when the president doesn't even have very much power or control over health responses, except to do what Trump has done. Push through tests, treatment and vaccine approvals, and back up the state governors if they get in trouble and need more resources. Most of the work that can be done has been done....by Trump.

I'm sure you will prefer Biden's messaging of authoritarian health control measures over Trump's economic freedom messaging, but the outcome will be the same. Blue states will lock everyone up. Red states will provide as much freedom and economic opportunity as possible, while recommending masks and social distancing and selectively shutting small outbreaks only if the hospitals are starting to get burdened.

Basically nothing changes but a switch to "government control" propaganda messaging to make you "feel" safer.

times that I wear a mask. There is a mask mandate in conservative red Texas.

Biden is just talking out of his butt. Most states and/or cities already have mask mandates. He isn't really adding any value except empty political rhetoric.

C would be somebody wearing a mask to impress and deceive people . No need to mask when you are 15 very away from others , walking outdoors or speaking from a podium.
