So she gets a slap on the wrist for murder. Sounds about right for a blue state

I agree, but my point is that I don't believe smoking pot caused it, but may have aggravated an already present condition in her, she already was prone to psychosis, which is why I thought she should be sent to a psychiatric facility.
There may be other triggers yet unknown.
If pot alone caused this there would be thousands of these events. I have witnessed only one person in thousands who had a reaction mildy similar and she had serious mental issues. Other things woul also set her off. Died from brain cancer, eventually.

Then again how could anyone know?
Maybe legalization wasn't a good idea? One thing hardly mentioned in todays THC, are the levels compared to the 50-60 and todays hybrid strains..

Interesting thing many will never hear of... In Wyoming they just "Thanks to Bidens Farm bill" or whatever it is/was, chemists have used the loophole to sell THC-A, Bare with me. THC-A is legal in every state as "From what I understand" has a THC percentage of around 2% plant form.. BUT once decarbonated "Smoked" it basically breaks down the A into TH-C and raises the THC levels well over 24%

I'm positive they're are some here more schooled on the process of breaking it down "Plant form" to create gummies, wax, carts and so on! All I can attest to is that I PERSONALLY will never smoke it again!!

    NEVER!

This new cannabis and THC levels aint the stuff those legalization folks used to get it legalized.. MORE testing needs to be done on todays concentrates..

Could the event happened from cannabis, MAYBE ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I saw a comedian the other day saying that weed is not what it once was.... Back in the day you could smoke a little and be fine. Now you take one hit and you're out wandering around the yard at night praying. Lol

It's like weed grew up and got violent.

Probably not. Comedians aren't very good sources. Sure, it's funny, but probably not true. Maybe I'm just spoiled by the legal stuff, though.

It is absolutely and undeniably far more potent than what it used to be.

The only "reference" I can find for this is "cseducation.com" . . . which doesn't reference any of these claims

My point was clear. I made a claim I knew to be true. You said it was a conspiracy. I backed it up and proved it was true. You are backpedaling and goal post moving to try and back your way out of the corner you got yourself in. That's what happened. Take the L and move on, we're done.

And the crime happened in california so yea, people are going to reference california....shocker i know.
