That's a book, written by men who thought they knew things thousands of years ago.

 

"Love thy neighbor as thyself".

"Unless yea are as children, yea shall not enter into the kingdom".

A child is pure. It is not until a certain age that evil comes in. This age varies for everyone.

 

Wait a sec here....you obviously do not interpret this "Bible(s)" as I do or the Pope does...so who's version do I read or listen to?

 

I have no clue what you are trying to say or what your point is. Nothing you have said seems to come from any understanding of my post.

 

Do you truly think that our current technology sets us apart or above those of the past? No, the desires of men have never changed, apart from the coming of our savior, nor will they. This is our battle, or spirits we wrestle against. While a man can come off as a good person, in his heart (secretly) he could be very evil. Thus it is not technology or anything else that brings wisdom, or sets us apart from those of the past. Rather what is in a person's heart, and feeling a need for seeking truth. For the spiritual wickedness in high places (governments or powers that be) will not reveal the truth to their people, rather hide it, and deem it what is known now as, "classified"! This has never changed, even in the past it was classified, just another term. The race for the throne would not be achievable if the truth was revealed to the people. Bloodshed has never been what we could consider, "worth it". Lies must be presented to get the people to go along.

"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom". Thus once a person fears the Lord, obviously that's a good thing. For it will force them to adhere to the laws of good. As opposed to putting evil for good, and not knowing the difference. Knowing the difference, this is wisdom.

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

This is exactly what is going on with our political field or laws being passed. Evil is becoming good, and good evil. More and more and faster and faster, people are excluding God and His law's, for their own pleasures. This is ignorance not wisdom. For the behavior of a nation, will be reflected in it's land.

 

Lighten up. It's just a book, and God didn't write it. People imagined all kinds of crazy things thousands of years ago because they didn't understand how the world around them actually worked.

I am not trying to come off negative or all knowing. But are you suggesting you have understanding of how the world works?

Yes God wrote it. He found people with righteousness and fear of Him to write it. Told them and gave them visions on what to write. I am sure being the creator of everything, He can make sure His word stays true, and this can be done without influencing free will.

 

I don't know how to put this.........I will try. It is a collective agreement through a higher conscience that has not yet been obtained. Knowing and agreeing on the words of the Bible. This is one of the signs Jesus told us to look for, for His second coming. "Knowledge will be increased". Jesus knows knowledge is increased everyday. So He must be talking about something big. That is the higher conscience, or knowledge of His existence, that has not yet been obtained. Even those who believe and fear Him, from time to time have doubt. It will be agreed upon through the revealing of truth. Not one thing will be left hidden, the veil will be lifted. For those with eyes to see. A remarkable amount of knowledge will be gained for those that fear Him. Leaving those of no fear or no belief in Him, in darkness or ignorance. For them, the veil will not be lifted, the delusion will be left upon them, and this is when those of Christ will be persecuted or killed, simply for the things they will be calling out against those of spiritual wickedness in high places.

 

No God didn't write it. Lol. MEN wrote it. Men who had a very poor understanding of how the world works and who were very superstitious.

Every book in the world was written by man! Do you falsify everything written, or just those that do not pertain to your point of view?

It is in your heart, your left without excuse, regardless of what you tell others. Your deeds are individually, "yours", and your bad deeds will be weighed against your good deeds. This is why we are not suppose to judge one another, least we walk in their shoes. God knows you, weather you know Him or not. I think you know this!

Tell me please, what other "Suggestions" you take from your version of the Bible(s)....myself I tend to focus on the BIG ten but even those I cannot honestly say I'm very good at.

 

"If you must judge, judge with righteousness." Thus I have judged with righteousness, and in now way presented negative or ill will towards you.

The Big 10 are indeed the most important, however the Bible tells us how to follow the big 10, through ways of wrestling against evil spirits that would have us disobey the big 10. It gives wisdom in life, even though we are all individually unique, the Bible can give wisdom to anybody when it comes to their individual reality, or battle with spirits.

 

Which version of the Bible?
Which of the scawy "evil spirits" and what do they look like so I can stay away?
Do other versions of God or Gods found in other books do the same for those billions of people or are they doomed to your hell...like me?

They're in human form just like us and live among us, we wouldn't know one if we saw one...

The word "angel" comes from the Latin "angelus" which means "messenger", so they're like watchers monitoring the human race and reporting on how we're doing.
The remake of "The Day the Earth Stood Still" features an alien "watcher" in the form of an old chinaman who's been watching us for 70 years, and in one scene alien Keanu Reeves meets up with him-

I'm not surprised. Many wise ancient sages and truthseekers such as Zoroaster and Buddha no doubt hit on some universal truths, and Jesus may have been referring to them centuries later when he told his disciples-
"Many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which you see, and have not seen them, and to hear those things which you hear, and have not heard them" (Matt 13:17)
