To be fair, wouldn't it be proper to call Bernie Sanders a neo-Marxist, Hillary Clinton a Bonnie Parker with cankles and Barack Obama a neo-Benedict Arnold ?

Here's Why Cruz and Trump are BOTH Likely to Fall Short of 1237 Delegates

This is from the Conservative Review. Their analysis seems reasonable. Basically it's a matter of probability, and the percentage Trump would need of the remaining primaries. Not mathematically impossible, per se, but the odds are getting longer.

That is assuming Cruz will perform at the same levels he has....I bet he won't.

And subsequent events would have proven her point had he done so. I voted for Reagan both times. I learned my lesson. When George W Bush campaigned selling the same sauce in 2000 (tax cuts(that wound up going into someone else's pocket) and government you didn't have to pay for (the GOP version of "free stuff"), I knew better.

It is very clear now that Trump will NOT be the GOP nominee. With each primary, the percentage of the vote he needs to get to win the delegates he needs rises, while his support stays flat or drops.

This analysis is echoed on places like Politico, 538, and the rest of the press.

The voting public is turning somewhat toward Cruz. It's clear that they're not voting FOR Cruz but AGAINST Trump.

Neither one of these men is going to be the nominee. The GOP will do everything it can to keep eiher one of them off the ballot.

In the event that they do have to take Cruz, they're not going to do any more than token support in the general election.

The plan is get a riot going and threaten the delegates if Trump doesn't get the nom.

    From Red State:

Stone: "We'll Tell You Who The Culprits Are. We Urge You To Visit Their Hotel And Find Them"

Trump's bud, Roger Stone, the guy who had his fingers in that scummy Cruz National Enquirer sex "scandal" piece, is cranking it up and pretty much saying Trump folks will storm the Convention to protest and intimidate the hell out of the delegates.

Earlier in the week, on pro-Trump Freedomain Radio Roger Stone promised to disclose the hotel room numbers of those delegates who "are insufficiently loyal to Dear Leader "

    http://www.redstate.com/absentee/201...l-rooms-video/

This is what he said: <snip>

"If Trump does not run the table on the rest of the primaries and the caucuses, we’re looking at a very, very narrow path in which the kingmakers go all out to cheat, to steal, and to snatch this nomination from the candidate who is overwhelmingly selected by the voters,

which is why I have urged Trump supporters: come to Cleveland. March on Cleveland. Join us in the Forest City. We’re going to have protests, demonstrations.

We will disclose the hotels and the room numbers of those delegates who are directly involved in the steal. If you’re from Pennsylvania, we’ll tell you who the culprits are. We urge you to visit their hotel and find them. "

"Days of rage" is what he's calling it - and Alex Jones is helping him to spread the word.

One hell of a GOP summer coming down the pike. Yessireebob.

Liberals should want that to happen. Clearly Trump will be easier to beat than Cruz and much easier to beat than Kasich.
