Fixing rents? Goodbye free markets. Hello communism.

 

Well it’s fixing prices in buildings, not at a government level and it does work in other cities. It used to work in NA but co-op housing has slowly been eroded away until it hardly exists anymore.

 

They have to heavily subsidize the housing too. And then they have to limit population growth. And then they have problems with landlords maintaining buildings. Over time a fixed rent will make a property actually lose money. And then insufficient taxes are being collected. People will start to never move stagnating an economy which may need workers to move in from other cities as well as go to other cities.

1. Remove all restrictions to building. In more sparsely populated areas remove restrictions by trade unions including plumbing, electrical, contractor license, etc. In more populated areas remove the restrictions to zoning. Allow multi family housing to be built wherever they want. Allow multipurpose zoning as well.

2. Remove all restrictions on the placement of prefabricated housing.

3. Allow private water and sewage companies be built.

4. Remove all rent caps.

5. Allow private rail.

 

lol at 'free markets'. A few banks owning everything is a distinction without a difference re markets and communism for the unwealthy masses. Right Wingers have been waging war on 'free markets' forever; they hate free markets and competition.

becoming quite biased.........

seems like brilliant advice for 2024.....that is relevant for everybody in Mississauga.......

and for all thirty eight million Canadians but.......

this prediction can be expanded to be proven to be relevant to TWO HUNDRED NATIONS!!!!!!!!

in my opinion.....

gives us a foundation on which to build an UNCONDITIONAL BUT TAXABLE BASIC MINIMUM INCOME FOR ALL CANADIAN CITIZENS AND LEGAL RESIDENTS OF
$777 PER MONTH.... FOR LIFE...... regardless of household income because setting up the bureaucracy to make sure that this money only goes to
poor people who are underemployed would cost more......
than avoiding that bureaucracy and simply paying it to ALL CANADIANS!!!!!!!!!


I am of the belief THAT IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO LOWER HOUSING COSTS if.... we can put a lot more money into the hands of all Canadians????!!!!!

I am also advocating making MONEY ABUNDANT... so that people will not even want charity in the not too distant future!!!!!!

So.... I want to make MISSISSAUGA DOLLARS abundant.....
in the spirit and intent of the Worgl Austria Local Money Experiment..... and I want to make Canadian Dollars abundant...... and I want to see plans put in motion to deliberately turn deserts green.... and I think that Mississauga is the perfect location from which to explain this option............ this is so much better than driving the Canadian and American and world economy into another Bear Market.... another 1929 as Biden and Trudeau have seemed to be intent on doing!

For an unconditional basic income......it sounds like good intentions but it is "stealing". Remember "Thou Shalt Not Steal". When government does it, doesn't make it any better. You are free to give your money away, but not make others give theirs away through force of government. I believe that is consistent with everything in the Scripture.

 

Money is like BLOOD in the economy.....
so if an Unconditional but Taxable Basic Minimum Income went to ONE HUNDRED PERCENT OF CANADIANS.....
AND TO ONE HUNDRED PERCENT OF AMERICANS......
in order to fend off a Bear Market... another 1929...... how would that be stealing???????
