    You're kidding, right?

You provide a PARTIAL picture of a text with no reference, no name, no date, and no case number and no location, except for the mention of a school, not even referencing what the object of that affidavit was. . . . an affidavit that was logged in in November 2011 by who knows who re: who knows what, and you are trying to make us believe it is a proof that Martin was involved in the theft of jewelry?

    Are you that desperate?

Even IF he had been involved in a theft. . . what does that have to do with Zimmerman shooting him? Did Zimmerman KNOW that the unarmed teenager would be accused after his death of having at some point stolen some jewelry in MIAMI?

God you guys are digging deep into the sewer in order to demonize the victim and save his killer!

It would seem that the medical examiner had plenty of time to get finger prints from the dead body!

And do you have any idea how may burglaries may have happened around the high school within the 2 to 3 weeks preceeding the finding of that jewlery in Martin's backpack?

And even then. . .even IF Martin had been involved in a burglary. . .how would Zimmerman had known?

And are burglars suppose to be executed on a mere suspicion? I thought in America one is "innocent until proven guilty."
When was Martin proven guilty of ANYTHING?

I know he was "executed" by the wannabe vigilante hero. . .but when did the trial proving Martin guilty take place?

Ah I remember the good old days when hippy liberals were all for the freedom of information act. Now that conservatives use it you cant stand it.

What it PROVES beyond any reasonable doubt is that your claims that the police investigated and found no evidence that the jewelry wasn't stolen is false. School officials had it swept away as "found" to keep their crime statistics down. There was never an investigation.

TM was found guilty at the point he sucker-punched GZ, pushed him to the ground, jumped on him and started banging his head into concrete. GZ is not required to wait for a jury trial before he can defend himself.

Do you have an appraisal on the Jewelry? Do you know whether it was costume jewelry from the flea market or what it was?

Diamond earrings, silver wedding bands and a watch do not fit the definition of costume jewlery.

Oh please.. the school cops wouldn't know diamonds from zircons.

Watches can be bought for 6 bucks. Let's deal in FACTS.

You can't kill a teenager for walking in the rain or because you imagine he's a criminal.

You are kidding right. They FIOA documents relating to the investigation and you say 'it could be anything'.

    Are you that desperate?

One of the most central arguments to this case both in the court room and in our little forum arguments has been that Zimmerman had Martin all wrong because he racially profiled him. It was this irrational racial profiling that led Zimmerman to interpret the innocent Martin as a criminal.

The narrative since the beginning has been that the innocent Martin was just on his way home with Iced Tea and Skittles, during the half-time of an NBA game. This this bloodthirsty racist racially profiled him as being a thief. It is core the the entire prosecutions case that because Zimmerman racially profiled Martin that Zimmerman was a wantabe cop looking for a confrontation with the innocent Martin.

"We've had some break ins in my neighborhood and there's a real suspicious guy"

"he looks like he's on drugs, something's wrong with him"

It is clear from Zimmerman's call that he believed that Martin was acting suspicious and that Martin may have been one of the burglars who had been robbing the community.

You like to act like has nothing to do with him being shot. However, if you are willing to think like an adult it is rather clear what significance it has.

The childish line of thinking brought forward by the lynch mob is very simple-minded 'unless Zimmerman knew about Trayvon's history may have had at the time, it can't justify his suspicion!'

But if we apply some adult logic we can at first agree that, at the very least, Zimmerman's opinion that Trayvon could be a burglar moves from being absurd into the realm of entirely plausible. Zimmerman's feeling that he looked suspicious, and looked like he might be casing houses seems a lot less implausible to any reasonable mind. Zimmerman doesn't have to know about Martin's past for the burglar Martin to come across as suspicious, any cop or reasonable person will agree that it is possible to come across a suspicious person even without seeing them doing anything overtly criminal.

Criminals are opportunistic and engage in opportunistic crime. Criminals take their work home with them. They are never not looking for crimes of opportunity. Criminals have a certain air, vibe, what ever you want to call it about them. They will start to look like they are "up to no good", and will be checking around for signs of being monitored and things to steal. Criminals habitually scan for targets of opportunity. They may not be explicitly out for the purpose of burglary. However, they are conditioned to notice opportunities. They mile file these opportunities away to come back and commit the crime later on or they are just conditioned to look and notice even in situations where they have no intention of ever acting on it.

It isn't impossible or even unreasonable in the least that the criminal Martin might have been willing rob a house then and there if he saw something that looked like a good target.

So yes it's very relevant to find out that after Zimmerman has been mocked by the prosecution and others for thinking Martin might have been a thief, on drugs druggy, and acting suspicious that Martin was in fact busted with a bag full of jewelry and a burglary tool at school, had drugs in his system that night. If this jewelry is eventually matched with the robbery just blocks from his school its absolutely damning.

The FDLE and SPD found that Trayvon was NOT involved in any criminal or unlawful activity.

And now that we find out that Martin was a thief the FDLE and SPD have egg on their face.

And you know this how? The jewlery has been reported as diamonds, unless you can provide evidence to the contrary.

Why do you keep posting this lame straw-man? It just makes you look bad. Obviously not why TM was shot.

Sure that is why he was shot when Zimmerman found him "suspicious" and took off in pursuit of him instead of allowing the police to do their job.

There was no arrest because 1) there was no probable cause to charge him with anything and 2) the search of T's back pack was an illegal violation of his 4th Amendment rights.

Good lord. A school cop, is a cop, no matter how demeaning it is to be assigned to a lowly school. Anyhoo, hilarious that a cop, who deals in theft on a daily basis, would not know a diamond between a cheap ring. I mean are we being punked? Why would they not know something they handle on a daily basis? Do they not know real gold and jewels because they are cops? WTF?

Wrong. All that wasted time and money proved is that there was an internal police investigation into corrupt cops leaking information to the press in violation of the law and the student's legal rights.
