Someone who is passionate about stalking laws?...not a red flag or anything. Perfectly normal.

 

Zimmerman was out being nosy and harassing people. It isn't what Zimmerman thinks subjectively. That is not the standard, or their would be no standard. It is about objective reasonable belief. It is not reasonable to assume every fist fight you lose will end in murder. If zimmerman was scared because he had a gun, that is his fault entirely for not keeping a distance. You don't get to act irresponsibly with a firearm and then use it on anyone whom you have found yourself in a fight with. It is not reasonable to assume an unarmed man will win the fight, disarm you and murder you. He should have said "that is enough", "you win", etc...yesterday's witness didn't hear any of that. He was surprised on the 911 call that gunshots were fired. You can hear it in his voice. I still think he is guilty, excessive use of force.

 

1. No, all of the calls where he needed to give a description of a person, those persons were Black males. The other calls were of open garages, dogs or someone yelling at senior citizens.
2. Give me one shred of evidence that proves Trayvon attacked Zman...... Millions of guards are clearly wearing uniforms or driving official vehicles that identify them as such, genius. We're talking about a stranger in an unmarked car and street clothes!!!
3. So every witness that agrees with your narrative is substantial and all those that don't are jokes??? Judge Alex Ferre isn't trying this case and the fact that it is legal for Zman to follow Trayvon could be lost amongst some jurors. Not to mention Zman could "suspect" Trayvon all day but since he was not actively committing a crime he could not be subdued,held or detained by Zman.
4. Then by all means don't ask for proof if when given you decry its source.

 

Just because someone uses the word stalking to describe Zman's actions doesn't mean they are talking about it in a legal sense, genius.

 

1. You already got a whole lots of shreds of evidence that proves Trayvon attacked Zman - from John Good and Officer Smith. But that's not necessary. What's necessary is for the pathetic prosecution to prove that Trayvon did NOT attack Zimmerman.

2. Doesn't matter who we're talking about. Anybody can approach anybody. No law against it. But I'll accept the genius designation, since you insist.

3. Who said anything about "subdued,held or detained" Answer ? YOU did. I haven't heard anyone say that.

4. I didn't ask for studies.

 

Guilty!!! But it's merely a symptom of being Black and living in a White Supremacist/Racist system. The cure is to eradicate RACISM!!!!

2. So a stranger in a unmarked van can approach your 14yr daughter after following her for 3 blocks in the dark??? If she fights him it's assault and he can shoot her for being a jiujitsu master and having the upper-hand???
