He has a solid case against NBC for defamation.

No, when he's been tried twice for the same physical act, it's double jeopardy.

Okay, so some people don't value their freedoms very much and are perfectly willing to throw them away, allowing the government to trample their rights repeatedly until the Masters get the desired verdict.

AMERICANS, in the other hand, see something evil about that.

Why do you believe that Zimmerman should again be put on trial for a crime one jury has already declared him to be not guilty of?

Do you understand that the Injustice Department, under racist Attorney General Dick Holder is going to file suit against Zimmerman for a crime he's already been acquitted of?

Do you understand that the people that spawned the Thug Martin may file their own lawsuit, and that lawsuit isn't covered under the Fifth Amendment, because the Fifth Amendment is a limit on what the Injustice Department under racist Attorney General Dick Holder can do?

Can you tell the difference between a private lawsuit and a program of illegal persecution by federal officials?

Have you ever read the Constitution?

The subject is that Zimmerman is now going to face an illegal Double Jeopardy trial.

Not really true. A civil rights violation (the charge would be a hate crime based on race) is not the same as murder but I agree that it would not fair and if the DOJ does it, a purely political move since the prosecution dropped pursuing a hate crime due to lack of evidence.

Well, do some research then. You were dead wrong on manslaughter.

The jury made the correct decision. George was found not guilty because of reasonable doubt. The case for George's immunity has yet to be heard. Do you understand? The possibility of self defense and proof of self defense, by preponderance of the evidence, are very different. I'm not going discuss this with trolls. Do you understand this too?

In our country a person still has a right to defend themselves.
