If a woman does not want to take that risk....a very reasonable request.....she should be able to have an abortion. Which has always been my only point

 

Except thats not your point. You want to justify mass murder just because people dont want to endure hardship, even when that hardship is put on themselves by engaging in sexual activity and thereby accepting the obligation to endure pregnancy upon its occurrence.

 

One of those hardships is death.....or permanent disability. Minimize it all you like.....you will be very safe in the waiting room

You change the goal posts. A brain dead human is still life too, but it is not a person and it is not a moral agent. You dodge the issue by claiming "It's still life" instead of addressing the fact that fetus does not have a functional mind and thus is not a person. Since it is not a person it cannot possess or inhabit the body yet.

We disagreed but maintained logic. Fox takes a more extreme stand and I have disagreed with her. But in the end no one expects that abortion will be made illegal. It will never happen. I'm relatively sure going by your commentary thus far you mean "Subjective" truth, as pretty much everything I have noted in your opinions cannot be seen as objective.....objectively.

 

You claim "By consenting to sex she is consenting to the possibility of being pregnant which is consenting to being impregnated." Based on your posts, I assume you mean consent to the possibility of a given outcome means you give up your right to seek a remedy to that outcome. Is that correct?

If so, then every time you drink the water in some regions you are accepting the risk that you could ingest a parasite (a potentially harmful event). Do you claim that you give up your right to seek a remedy (e.g. surgical removal of the Guinea Worm)?
