    At a minimum trump should be impeached for sedition. Given the circumstances, his calls for insurrection in a time of crisis are akin to aiding and abetting the enemy in a time of war. Personally, I think he should be tried for treason and executed... you know, like we did to traitors in the good ole days.

    This isn't his first treasonous act.

    Foolish post like that are exactly why we have and need a 2A. Because absolute fools live among us who think that a govt dictate no matter how immoral and we unconstitutional must be obeyed or its treason. And they vote.

    Seeing these kind of post are a great reminder for the need to be vigilant.

    We have the same restrictions nationwide here (Australia). New Zealand's are even tighter.

    The question watchers are asking is: why are motorboats, vacations, and a new sofa more important to you than saving lives, reducing community transmission, and ending lock downs as soon as possible?

    What do you say of Jacinda Ardern, who placed the western world's tightest restrictions on her nation? She's about to start relaxing those restrictions, knowing it's safe to do so. Her country will be back in business, and FREE, long before America.

    The more you fight restrictions, the longer you'll have them. That's how this virus works. That's its advantage.

    The problem with your question is it hides an erroneous position, that the cost of not resuming economic activity is zero, when it's anything but.

    Academic research indicates a 37,000 increase in fatalities for each percentage-point rise in the unemployment rate. “Corporate Flight: The Causes and Consequences of Economic Dislocation” by Barry Bluestone, Bennett Harrison and Lawrence Baker.

    So, it's not a choice between zero risk and great risk.

    It's a choice between one risk and another. The unemployment rate has risen from 3.5 to 4.4 and in some corners it's feared we could see it climb to 13 to 15%.

    Our 3 stages of reopening are sensible policy, formulated and approved by Trump's top medical advisers. There is no reason for Montana to shut down because NYC has high death rates, and NYC damn sure wouldn't shut down for deadly virus in Montana.

    We carefully open, using Stage One protocols, after an area has seen declining cases for 14 days, start with less densely populated areas and move forward if new cases continue to decline.
