\ Whomever "They was" was wrong. There was never a time when the vax was able to prevent transmission. In the beginning we didn't know .. there was no evidence at the time that the vax would prevent transmission .. then when the vax was distributed we found immediately that it was useless in preventing transmission - no significant difference. This was a study done right after folks started receiving the vax .. one of the first in the US .. the Israeli's had already figured it out at this time. No one is the Bush camp has made the word salad excuse that you are using. The claim was he had to accept a tax increase to get other aspects of a deal he made. The Bush tax increase plus the presence of Ross Perot on the ballet cost Bush the 1992 election.
I didn't say that HE was asked. I said that Christina Pushaw (his press secretary at the time) was asked, and she laughably denied the meeting ever occurring. Several of the conservative influencers who were at the meeting were also asked, and all of them gave the same sarcastic Alinsky-style BS responses like Dave Rubin did. DeSantis himself, to my knowledge, hasn't been asked. I'm not ready atm to claim that DeSantis himself is a RINO (I considered him to be "MAGA-lite" in the past; I'm not sure exactly what I'd call him atm), but the people who are currently funding/promoting/managing him are most definitely globalist RINOs... That's the claim I'm making, and I've provided receipts for that claim. If he's not a globalist RINO, then he's definitely cozying himself up to all of the wrong people, which at a bare minimum makes him "guilty by association". They are both proven globalist RINOs through and through.
When one candidate draws many thousands of people at each events (even tens of thousands) and the other candidate can barely fill in a few circles on the floor with a few handfuls of people (excluding media), it's evidence that people outright support, or at the very least are more enthused about, one particular candidate over the other. For instance, Obama drew much larger crowds than Romney did, and Obama ended up winning. Trump drew crowds over Hillary and Trump ended up winning. Now, Trump drew MUUUUUCH larger crowds than Biden did and Trump ended up "losing"?? Doesn't make sense... Also, Obama lost support from 2008 to 2012 and still won re-election... Trump gained A LOT of support from 2016 to 2020 and yet "lost re-election"?? Doesn't make sense either... Many things just don't add up re: 2020.....
She's already a liar, as she said that she wouldn't run against Trump if he announced and now she's running against him anyway. An insult name, poking fun at people's depiction of him as "holy", and poking fun at his "Top Gov" political ad which portrays him as such. DeSantimonious is the other insult name, but it's longer. Right, hence why he and the people around him are continuing the dishonest pretense (that he hasn't yet considered a run) for as long and as close to the filing deadline as possible. They don't want the people of Florida to get mad at him for not doing the job that they elected him to do because his eyes have been on the Presidency since at least December 2021, a whole year before his re-election.
What is the difference between a Trump supporter and a new born baby? The baby will eventually quit crying.
I'm not making an excuse for Bush, I don't care about him. He's before my time anyway. My point is that he either brought in NEW taxes or he didn't. And it seems that he didn't.
I never understood this take from right wing media. Didn't you know that only 5 people were allowed at Biden rallies due to COVID restrictions? Either voluntary restrictions or because of the public health restrictions of whichever State it was in.
That is not the point. Republicans thought that he met no tax increases. If he was playing games with the language, which I doubt, it was duplicitous on his part and politically stupid.
Oh right. I had no idea that it was interpreted that way. I can't see how they interpreted it that way though. If he meant "no tax increases" my guess is that he would have said that.
Ok, so in what context was Pushaw asked? Is there a record of her being asked about this? How do you suggest he raises money then?
I get that there was no serious enthusiasm for Biden, but I think that he would have been able to attract more than 5 people to his rallies if COVID didn't exist.
