I beleive more than two dozen state legislatures and the Congress (for the most part) are knowledgable people, and they ALL say you are wrong. Furthermore, all the posters here who disagree with you have a far better reasoned basis for their view than you do. SO congrats on an epic fail!
Heres your sign... http://www.merckmanuals.com/home/wo...lopment_of_the_fetus.html?qt=Pregnancy&alt=sh
Your argument consists of logical fallacy. "A zygote is human because it is human" This is circular and assumes the premise. You have not given any valid arguments for your premise. If you claim there is a logical failure in my arguement, then post what it is as I have done.
From your link: Organs do not even start to form until 3 weeks after fertilization. Up until this point "at minimum" there is no living human. There is no such thing as a living human without heart or brain function. No brain until at minimum after 8 weeks .. no brain .. no human !
" "A baby goes through several stages of development, beginning as a fertilized egg. The egg develops into a blastocyst, an embryo, then a fetus." Direct quote from the Merck website.
So you can not post the quote. No one really expected it. After all you can NEVER present support for what you assert.
Once again here it is: ""A baby goes through several stages of development, beginning as a fertilized egg. The egg develops into a blastocyst, an embryo, then a fetus." This obviously says a baby begins as a fertilized egg. Feel like a moron now? You should!
Clearly you did not understand that simple sentence even though the words are quite simple. Let me try to put it in a form, short of finger painting, that you may understand. A baby goes through, beginning, begins, develops are NOT the same as a baby IS. Unlike you I did understand the sentence and in light of that I think the question applies to you more than anyone. Why? Because you can't understand the simplest of written English? So let me ask you: How do you feel in light of that FACT?
Wow English, learn some!!!! when a sentence says a baby goes through developmental stages then says "beginning as a fertilized egg" That clearly is saying that a baby begins as a fertilized egg. WOW, arrogance and ignorance are a bad combination. I feel that you need a LOT of remedial English.
I am doing my best. How about you? Got the basics covered yet? That it does. It does NOT say IT IS a fertilized egg. Now which part of that do you find so difficult to grasp? If you must ask a grade school kid for help. Yes it is and you still are not stopping the practice. Perhaps you can't help it? You are projecting again...
Well I did ask you to explain, but it seems you are saying a grade school kid is better equipped. It says a baby begins as a fertilized egg. In the beginning a baby is a fertilized egg, same thing!
Actually it says a baby's stages of development begin as a fertilized egg. It doesn't say a fetus is a baby; you are paraphrasing incorrectly.
Actually it says a baby goes through several stages of development. A baby must exist to go through these stages of development! This obvious to anyone who understands the English language at all.
Yeah, thats where I stopped reading. Such an unreasonable and extremist position. Truly sadistic to expect a woman to carry the product of a violent crime. Fundamentally sick.
yes like many other things that go through stages till they become the final product. A house undergoes construction, yet it is a house only when it is finished. Actually it is the other way around. The stages must take place so the baby can come into existence. It is quite simple if one is interested.
I guess that some fools would read this "an oak tree goes through several stages, from acorn to tall woody thing" as "an acorn is an oak tree".
Nobody would ever say that. I noticed you omitted the critical "of development" portion. You guys are not very good at debating in actual english language.
You can not argue with ANY points and more importantly you CAN NOT REFUTE any points. That you have demonstrated countless times already. Thank you, you have a nice day yourself.
