Easy....he's not allowed to. Agree with that rule or not, the bus driver is not to blame. In fact, as a teacher, even though I am allowed and trained to break up fights, (did my refresher yesterday in fact) I told myself after I got kicked in the head that i will NEVER physically break up a fight again. That was in 03. I am an Allstate wrestler back in the day, but I realize, even in middle school, I can get outmatched pretty quick by athletic, strong kids. I'm under no legal obligation to physically interveen. I have to tell them to stop, and call the sro, but nothing more.

 

Well, he did nark one of them out for trying to sell them weed. I thought that did warrant a beatdown for snitching? Thats what I have learned via the Trayvon case. If someone is watching you, beat the eff out of them, if they nark you out to higher authority, beat the crap out of them!

 

That's right. In the Black community toddlers are taught "never snitch on any one" (who ever stole the BBQ was probably a relative). And in your world "the snitch got his". What a sad morally bankrupt emotional prison some people live in.
It's little wonder the Black community has zero respect for themselves or their neighbors. Might as well be living in the jungle five hundred years ago.

 

Now while I have never before, agreed with sbb, I will have to say, he called a spade a spade and didn't resort to blindly siding with the 3 thugs simply because they were black. A lot of people would, both ways.

So i don't think baiting an argument out of him for the sake of argument is helpful here. I think you nark-payback observations are valid, and probably played a huge role in the cause of this. .... but sbb did NOT agree with what happened so the why is a moot point.

 

I think it is a parenting issue in most cases, kids do fight in school and it does get out of hand , there are white drug dealers who would do the same. not condoning it but let's make an effort to assit the parents by giving them the skills to raise kids !

Puffin not all Blacks teach thier kids to beat up white people , I see it differently as I live in a area where there a several black families and we have low crime , I see that the parents are involved in sports as coaches and attend PTA , please do assume all of anything is correct

I read that the victim in this situation told on one of the boys for attempting to sell them weed. That was why he got beat.

Where did you read he was bullying one of the other kids? I think you are merely trying to find a reason so you can support the idea of blacks beating whites without being exposed for the racist you truly are....

 

While I agree with that assessment as to the motivation, why this is a thread is because had races been reversed, and 3 white kids beat the black kid for narcing, the real reason (narcing) would not matter and 3 white kids would either be up on hatecrime charges, or you'd have race-baiting sharpton and Jackson demanding everyone who didn't bring hate crime charges be fired and replaced with someone who would bring those charges.

Oh I know, don't even get me started. I never realized I was a racist because I am all about parents parenting their children, I don't care what color anyone is, but some sure seem to think so because my biggest issue with the Trayvon is I actually held the parents accountable- just unreal.

You hit the nail on the head when you used the word "parents"....as in plural. Over 70% of Black kids are living in a one parent (female that is) family. 'Daddy' never showed up after the sperm hit the egg b/c 'Daddy got a sweet tooth'. This unassailable fact in the Black community is the number one reason why young Black men are 'offing' each other by the dozens every week. This will never change.....ever. The Black race is in peril of self destructing and they have less then a decade to make fundamental changes in their culture before the Asians and Hispanics will be taking over the Government and industry. The day the 'first Asian' is elected President God help every Black who isn't strong enough to break big rocks into little rocks for their bowl of rice. Want to see the future of Blacks in a country controlled by Asians? Just go to any Asian city in the world and check out how Blacks are treated. NOT pretty.

 

So in your world the reason the White kid was attacked by three Blacks (notice how they always have to have their 'homies' to help) was b/c the White kid had "bullied" the Black kids? The White kid is two years younger than any of the Black drug dealers. Pathetic.

 

1. The white kid narcd.... that prompted the beatdown. So yes, while I agree something did happen to provoke the 3, it is not considered bullying by any rational person to report a crime.

2. White kids with "free Zimmerman" shirts are not racist. That shows support. Had the shirt also said "....one les n**", then yes. People are allowed to support Zimmerman and think he should be free without being racist. The only offensive signs I saw in this were protrayvon shirts and signs. "(*)(*)(*)(*)(*) ass cracks" and "no justice, no peace" are inciteful.... the only way a free Zimmerman shirt can be viewed as racist in and of by itself is if you really want and hope its racist in order to justify your own racial preconceptions.

 

Its a way for him to be able to applaud blacks beating whites if he can justify it as bullying. Otherwise he has to admit he's racist.

 

The 15-year-olds Joshua Reddin, Julian McKnight and Lloyd Khemradj ganged up on the 13-year-old white boy because the 13-year-old victim reported to school officials that the other three had attempted to sell him marijuana earlier in the day. On the surface, the bus incident looked like a racist attack because the victim was the only white person on the bus but it was more closely related to the drug issue.

 

Hard lesson learned. keep your nose out of other people business. if the Security guard would do HIS job, the white kid woulldn't have to do it for him.

Zimmerman was a known racist,by his comments on his defunct myspace page. anybody that supported him knows his past as a racist and guilt by association happend here.

Same goes for any kid that hang around drug dealers but isn;t one. if THEY get busted and you're with them, gues what? guilt by association.

What? You say the police had NOT declared the assailants "innocent"? Then this case has NO resemblance to the Zimmerman-Trayvon case, and is a ridiculous race-baiting assertion.
