There are no 'extreme' poor in America.

This is what extreme poor looks like:

    This, OTOH, is bullsh!t:

This is true. You should see poor people in 3rd world countries. That is seriously poor with little to no hope of getting out. Sad.

To suggest the fat guy with a burger in one hand and iphone in the other, is poor, is freaking disgraceful.

Yup, exactly this. The fact that an obesity crisis is one of the biggest problems facing our "poor" should tell everyone right there that calling America's lowest-class "poor" is grossly mislabeling them. But in our current victimhood-oriented popular culture, people want more victim-points.

Nope. I am saying when skill sets and education are the same, that employees are discriminating ethnic black names 10% of the time, and cheating them out for interviews.

    Actually. I proved it.

    In this case... your bias.
You said crap about black people doing drugs. And we both sourced white and black people do about the same amount of crime. And still you can't accept it.

Both our sources are about drug use in the past year.
    No points for you.
Indeed. It's a simple proof of systemic racism.
We both sourced who does the crime, and you sourced who gets arrested. And out of nowhere you invent that both our previous sources are incorrect because cops can not be that racist. I hate to break it to you, but this massive and odd difference between studies who does drugs and who gets arrested over it, is not new. What to make of this has been done by Human Rights Watch +20 years ago!

    https://www.hrw.org/reports/2000/usa/Rcedrg00-05.htm
The disproportionate rates at which black drug offenders are sent to prison originate in racially disproportionate rates of arrest.72 Contrary to public belief, the higher arrest rates of black drug offenders do not reflect higher rates of drug law violations. Whites, in fact, commit more drug crimes than blacks. But the war on drugs has been waged in ways that have had the foreseeable consequence of disproportionately targeting black drug offenders.

You're just a typical American, indoctrinated to have a certain viewpoint about black people. And when facts fly all over the place disputing your world view, you currently refuse to accept facts, and invent an alternative reality. People like you, is why black people need extra help.

HRW says that cops target black low in come neighborhoods to see who deals drugs and who doesn't.
So the arrests aren't false. White people flat out are getting away with crime a lot more.

Take Charley Sheen as an example. His got send to rehab after he almost OD in 1998 by the court, instead of jail.
He illegally left rehab earlier, but wasn't send to jail but back to rehab and extended his probation by a year.
In 2005 his wife filed for a divorce over among things, his drug use.
He had a fight with his new wife in 2009 when on drugs, and again send to rehab.
He got kicked out of a hotel in 2010 when on drugs, and send to a hospital by the cops, but not to jail.

That's like a textbook perfect thing what happens when rich white people use drugs.
In no way a black poor person would be treated the same way. Not by the cops, and not by the courts.

    It was great?

20 years after that end of the 20th centaury, we had Chauvin still smiley at the camera while busy lynching a cuffed black man to death in brough daylight for almost 10 minutes, with the help of 3 of his buddies.

We had an entire "defend the blue" wave supporting his ways, that got him 2 times 20 years or something for a rather straightforward disgusting murder case. Plenty of people on this forum supported the cop and saw nothing weird about it.

Some people would say a black live matters. And the same squad would find that "woke" as if it's like,... evil or something. That's where we are at. Not in your alternative reality.

Ok ok ok. Let's just assume your perspective about drug use is accurate and blacks are incarcerated more due to systematic racism.

Can you explain the overwhelming disparity in violent crime, specifically black on black, verse any other race toward itself or each other?

Is that a big conspiracy too? Are all these black violent criminals victims as well?

Ah. The facts fly in your face how it is, and you can only go as far as "assuming" a "perspective".... So you currently have lowered the bar that your own source aint to be trusted about who does drugs, but also my source about it... AND what Human Rights Watch says about it.

So we got 3 sources. Non of it will do. Your bias must be how the world is.
At this point we can only establish that you've been thoroughly indoctrinated in your bias against black people.
And what you do now, is whataboutism.

But for the luls. Charlie Sheen did not only escape a jail sentence for his ongoing drug use, but also on white on white crime. He beat up plenty of women. Long string of death threads, and even shot a woman. A poor black person would have been jailed for soo many decades that he would die behind bars. He never was send to jail. At best it was probation, and lots of out of court settlements = no conviction so no stats. The entire 6th of Januari was mostly a massive orgy of white on white violence. On average people are being send to jail for... I think it was 40 days, for mostly illegally parading or demonstrating in the Capitol, which is just a lousy misdemeanor. So that predominantly isn't going to count for committing a violent crime. That's a fact how the system works. While you know, if it was a massive horde of Muslims wanting to install their leader instead... I mean... the same system would react totally different towards such a thing. We all know this. We even would find it odd if it didn't.

As for the violence in general. Do note that the biggest wars the world had were predominantly about white on white violence, while slavery and Jim Crow laws were predominantly about white on black violence.

    I have answered your whataboutism.

Point stands though black and white do about the same amount of drugs. We got 3 sources saying that, and 1 source adds that the arresting of predominantly black people over this is because they are deliberately overpoliced.

You're endless denying the facts, is just you stubbornly sticking to your bias against black people. And this sounds like this is your American culture of wanting to have black people to be inferior to white people. That you hope to read to read something like, yeah black on black crime happens far more often, is sounds to anybody that this is also part of you wanting to read that black people are inferior to white people.

You would be a fine policeman deliberately overpoliced black people over drug related crimes, so you wouldn't have time to arrest white people who do the same amount of crime.
And it's things like this, that the government needs to step in and help out the poorest black community against this racism that just relentlessly goes on.

Blah blah blah... your a racist... blah blah blah while you sit there unwilling to engage in conversations that challenge your opinion.

    Facts.

    HS Graduation Rates:

    White - 89%
    Black - 80%
    Hispanic - 82%
    Asian - 93%

    https://nces.ed.gov/programs/coe/indicator/coi/high-school-graduation-rates

    Single Parent Households:

    White - 34%
    Black - 66%
    Hispanic - 43%
    Asian - 20%

    https://www.actrochester.org/children-youth/single-parent-families-by-race-ethnicity

Blacks are having more babies than all other ethnic types with exception of pacific islanders, and Blacks have woman children with the largest number of fathers.

Blacks are over represented in State Child Care (DFCS), in prisons, on social services, and in unemployment.

Now, you can look at all these statistics and keep repeating to yourself that it's due to racism, or history, but it's not. It's culture. It's normalization of cultural degradation that's leading to most of the challenges faced by the black community.

I remember OJ getting off too? How many cities were burned during the BLM riots versus convictions? Funny thing about examples, you don't get to be the only one that has them. The bottom line is you have an inner city culture that leads to drugs and violence, especially in the black and Hispanic neighborhoods. Those liberal governments refuse to fix the education system in those inner cities, and it creates state dependence that those liberal governments make all their cash off of. It will not change because they are making way too much money off it. You literally have lefty black mayors, police chiefs, and city councilmen blaming racism in their black communities. They control all of it but really, they don't want it fixed because the utopia is their pockets being filled with federal money due to racism lol. They talk the talk in public then get escorted to their suburb after stopping by to pick up a cappuccino. They keep getting voted in simply because their a certain color so the cycle repeats. This is most big cities in America.

There was a time when Chinese doctors and Indian engineers were less able to secure job interviews, for a similar reason ... and it had nothing to do with their races. It was because there were few at that time who had a complete command of English. That would have been a practical issue in the work place. Now, a generation later, they're born here or migrate with perfect English, so no further problems.

I would bet my legs that this 'discrimination' you're seeing is an entirely practical matter. There's likely a very good reason a business doesn't want to hire someone with the name Shaniquaa. It suggests a low class background, and therefore potentially inadequate social/communication skills. Of course there will be exceptions (there always is), but when time and resources are limited, it's a fairly safe bet.

My advice to parents .. don't call your English speaking/English cultured kid J'amiraquoi, when you can call him James. It's not like there's a claim to a different culture .. as in the case of those Chinese and Indian migrants. J'amiraquoi is an affectation .. and one which will harm the child eventually.

    EXACTLY MY POINT

The Progressive Left has steadily dismantled black agency and success in the 21stC. It kicked off around the time Obama (the trojan horse) was elected. Things have gone down hill for black Americans ever since .. to the point they're now electing overt racists without comment or ill ease.

LMAO.... You just dropped your entire argument about black people and drug use, because you know you made a ffing nasty racist remark there, that fits the white American culture of looking down on black people. Your entire theme of low graduation and single parent household is all aimed to claim black people are some 2nd class culture compared to others.

It all comes down that this mostly happen due to poverty. And poverty is what white America inflicted on the entire black community. And even though that legally ended, you show yourself that the culture is still very much alive.

Let me remind you again that not only are black people being unreasonably harshly targeted by cops on drug use. The courts join in and unreasonably give them harsher punishments systematically compared to whites, and yes that includes regarding their criminal past. It's just like driving while black. Universities investigated almost 100 million traffic stops, and only could conclude that the suspicion of the motives of cops is flat out true, they are racist.

There are reports out about what if chances are the same when a person sends it's resume under a ethnic white name and a again with ethnic black name. Have a wild guess what rolls out....

So no matter how many stats you drag in, you can't erase the fact that the US has a firm culture present of discriminating black people.
Hence the government gives them a helping hand.

Some buildings got burned, but all in all zero cities were burned down during BLM riots, while 93% were peaceful. https://time.com/5886348/report-peaceful-protests/
You just assumed it was really really bad, never looked up if it was true, because that's how you were raised to view how black people are. And suddenly you're just here parroting a racist anti black agenda. Well well.

And the funny thing is, that I already had a discussion here in this thread about drugs and black people. I put up 2 sources, and the person disagreeing also put up a source.... but all 3 sources show that white people do and deal about the same amount of drugs, while cops rather systematically target black people doing and dealing drugs. This is what Human Rights Watch concluded 2 decades ago, but your racist bias hasn't changed one bit.

You just believe racism isn't such a problem, while tossing your anti black racist agenda.
Your behavior actually supports that black people need help,... because people like you.

Maybe you should look into if driving while black is true.
Maybe you should look into if courts are fair when sentencing white and black people.
You undoubtingly assumed things while the opposite is true.

You're just gaslighting around. Bottom line remains that Americans who use their ethnic black name got an easy 10% lesser chance for getting an interview compared to if they would toss in an invented ethnic white name.

While the safe bet is that the entire generation of Trump and Biden fully enjoyed their apartheid state allowing zero competition from the black community. That generation was spoon fed that this is right, in a white culture going back to the beginning of the United States. Such a culture just doesn't vanish when those people are even around.

While the people who first handed were confronted with that legal discrimination and so pushed in absolute poverty are also still alive. And those deprived people had to raise their kids in the ghetto's, unlike the fast white majority. People like you support that this happens, and pin the blame on the black community that they are where they are.

My point is that racism by white people are just being exposed all over the place. A person like Chauvin thought it was normal to lynch a black handcuffed person to death over a course of 10 minutes, smiley at the camera. You got people here on this forum supporting it too. The entire defend the blue is themed around it. And the bottom line is that where they ones were, they mostly aren't getting away with their spoon fed racist behavior.

Your idea that this is a down hill thing for black people, is just unexplainable.

I have already proved my point regarding drug related incarceration rates.

You deny and ignore the facts that are put in front if your nose because they are inconvenient to your argument.

    For pointing out facts?

When your agenda and opinion Trump facts, it isn't reality that's the problem, it's your perception.

It's easy to just say "blacks experience higher rates of poverty because racism" if you ignore the statistics.

Stats can't be racist, they just are what they are.

So, you aren't denying the drug related crimes... you're just giving blacks a pass with some whataboutism related to whites?

And no matter how hard you try, the stats STILL show that by-and-large, drug use is higher among blacks.

Or is it, blacks have an issue with submitting to authority and buck and challenge the enforcement of law relating to increased numbers of arrests?

Lots of factors, lots of perception. Fact is, police killing of blacks is NOT higher than whites.

    Ok.

Blacks are just subject to racism. Uh huh.

They should continue to not prioritize education, should not demand getting married before having kids, and being economically capable of having children before doing so.

Their decisions should have no bearing on their outcomes, right?

Not one thing in that paragraph is true. There is no evidence whatsoever that chauvin is racist. There’s no evidence the other officers are racist. You’re just saying the word racism over and over and over like you’re trying to climb some trendy ladder. There is nothing racist about supporting the police. Why you feel the need to fabricate easily debunked posts is anyone’s guess.

You sourced that black and white people do about an equal amount of drugs. So did I. HRM saw the same. HRW also sees that cops are predominantly focused with arresting black people and not the white people.

I don't see you denying this.

The difference is really small. While the difference in who the cops arrest remains utterly massive. Racism is the explanation according to HRW. Facts.

Is it? List the %'s please.

Not my opinion. Human Rights Watch says so.

Universities did academic research in driving while black, they only concluded that it's true. And during the night when it's hard to see who is behind the wheel, the amount of black people being pulled over is significantly less. While white people got %'s wise more trouble with the law when pulled over.

The US governmental agency looking into who gets sentenced with what kind of background can not explain that black people get sentenced much harsher for decades on end compared to white people when factoring all the different things to take into account.

Rather typical white supremacy thing, telling how black people must lead their lives, and never mind the discrimination.
