Sidney Powell pleads guilty in deal with prosecutors over efforts to overturn Trump loss in Georgia

ROFLMAO.....................so this greatest threat ever to our DEMOCRACY this grand conspiracy the worst crime of the century and key players are pleading out to $6000 fines and probation for misdemeanors?

Lawyers don't lightly plead guilty to multiple misdemeanors, bud. Yes, she gets off cheap. No one denied that.

Although both feet WERE in the courtroom today, when she made her plea (I'm assuming here... couldn't see under the defense table), but I get your point...

 

She's obviously a key player for the info prosecutors want, otherwise she wouldn't have gotten this plea deal.
Powell FLIPPED and has to testify for the prosecution.

She has to testify truthfully and like cohen before her she has nothing criminal concerning trump

 

She is pleading guilty to a few misdemeanors which cost her about ten percent of what here legal fees.would have been.

 

Had Powell had nothing the prosecutors believed was criminal she wouldn't have gotten a deal.

They lowered the charges so she would cooperate……..Trump is now officially screwed. She has to testify against him(no way they plead these down without that guarantee), which means he is screwed….

You cannot be serious here. She took a deal that reduced 7 FELONY charges to 6 “misdemeanor charges”. Thats not a low bar Gary, she is saving her own bacon now. Why would a DA reduce her charges if she has nothing ? Thats just fantasyland stuf. If she doesnt testify against Trump on his felonies, she will go to jail for a very long time. That how plea bargains happen. The prosecutor gave her the reduced charges, and she has to testify against Donald. If you dont think thats whats happening, your lying to yourself sir

 

Jack Smith can also call her to testify in the J6 case.
Since he's federal Powell could plead the 5th to some state questions that could incriminate her in the federal J6 arena.
I'm looking for how Willis/prosecutors figured that into her plea deal when she agreed to testify truthfully if called in any of their cases, like Cheesey Boys which begins tomorrow.

 

Whoa Nelly. I'd not go so far as to state that when the courts toss Trump's big ole butt in prison that it is proof that they work. At this point, it will in my book barely be proof that the US Federal Government as it's come to exist can cover the gaps that allowed this guy to become President in the first place. I am posting to CELEBRATE!!! This is YUGE! I have a well respected, by me anyway, former work colleague that has maintained his view that the election was stolen for, what, 3 years now. I think there was one marginal court case decided in one marginal aspect of the Big Lie that kinda favored it, out of something like 64. And yet my man Pat still maintains his loyalty to the Rs that have become so effing bogus via their alignment with DFT. The dust off going on now is like the incredible new way to die that was invented for the Marvel film franchise wherein the characters upon defeat simply turn to ash and blow away before our very eyes on the screen.


Not that it will matter to the faithful, sadly though. They can cry in their, uh, whatever it is that they have to cry in, when Trump is convicted, or pleads out.

I can anticipate the delusional rationalizations without even having to cheat by unignoring content here. They will make assertions like of course she had to, what choice did she have when the D controlled court system in GA was stacked against their Golden Mushroom-Headed Dick J'ss, as part of the Administrative State's War on MAGA.
