President Joe Biden, minutes after defending his memory, mistakenly referred to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi as the the president of Mexico while answering questions from reporters about hostage negotiations and humanitarian aid in the Gaza strip.

“Initially, the president of Mexico -- Sisi -- did not want to open up the gate to allow humanitarian material to get in. I talked to him. I convinced him to open the gate. I talked to Bibi to open the gate on Israeli side. I've been pushing really hard, really hard to get humanitarian assistance into Gaza. There are a lot of innocent people who are starving. Lots of innocent people are in trouble and dying. And it's got to stop."​

Biden also noted that he’s “pushing very hard now to deal with this hostage ceasefire."

If an initial delay possible, Biden said: ”I think that we would be able to extend that so that we could increase the prospect that this fighting in Gaza changes. There's also other negotiations."​

Vice President Biden had classified documents all over DC.... did he lie to the NARA about having them?
Joe left office in Jan. 2017 and the Penn Biden Center opened in Feb. 2018.. the classified documents may have made a detour through Chinatown before arriving at the China funded Penn Biden Center.... there does not seem to be any there there according to Joe... but he has yet to answer to the whereabouts of the documents for over that year.

Joe kept document he knew he had for 7 years..... it was never the NARA or DOJ job to chase down Joe's illegal possession of documents... it fell directly in Joe's lap to do his own checking YEARS AGO.... he suddenly found it so it makes OK don't cut it...

Biden’s lawyers say they initially found classified documents on Nov. 2 while clearing out his former office at the Penn Biden Center.

“Today we learned that when Joe Biden left the vice presidency, boxes containing classified documents, vice presidential records, and other items were stored in three different locations around the Washington, DC, area, including an office near the White House, an office in Chinatown, and eventually the Penn Biden Center,” the lawmaker said. “At some point, the boxes containing classified materials were transported by personal vehicles to an office location,” Comer went on.

The the VP had classified in an unsecured garage... next to his vet.. VP Joe Biden had his mental state when he had all this laying around....

It's not his fault Biden is suffering mentally but it is certainly not an excuse what matters is what he knew at the time and what he did at the time and he should be prosecuted based on that. Charges should be submitted to the Congress to add to the impeachment hearings so he can be removed and the prosecution begun.

 

But they won’t have enough votes to remove him and then (according to trumps legal team) he will have immunity via double jeopardy

That matters not a twit. He guilt or innocence has nothing to do with the Trump and the two are not comparable. Trump acted as President under the PRA, Biden began his illegal activities as a SENATOR.

 

So you would defer to the Trump legal team as to how this should proceed?

 

One was acting as a President one was not. That's one of the differences. As a Senator he stole SCIF documents and kept them unsecured in his personal residence. That one alone should have him in jail.

He is claiming prosecutorial discretion because Biden is too old and feeble mentally to face a trial and a jury of his peers. And no the DOJ under Biden decided to appoint a special prosecutor.
