    As others have easily pointed out, this ISN'T the talking point you think it is, being as it obviously happened after Trump posted his video at 4:17pm....

    HOW was he "denied due process"?
    He has ALREADY Pled Guilty (in a Timely Hearing)...
    He is serving his sentence, and has chosen not to appeal, and is due to be released in less than 4 months...
    He pled guilty to a single charge in September, and was sentenced to 41 months (3.4 yr) in prison in November 2021. He is currently serving out his sentence at Federal Correctional Institution - Safford in Safford, Arizona, and has a July 9, 2023, release date.
    Are you aware of the definition of "Due Process"?

    You really need to watch Tucker Carlson instead of CNN. Had you watched you would have learned from his current lawyer that he was told to accept a crappy plea by his old lawyer.

    By any chance, do you have any video of him committing a crime worthy of no bail and then four years in the joint? If he was a Floyd rioter he wouldn’t have even been arrested.

    I see the same thing at soccer games and concerts. The left says property damage is not violence, but they also said not recognizing gender confusion IS violence, and that was after they said silence is violence. Like racism, It looks like the left will define violence in manners that support their narrative so it’s always subject to change.

    If you think that property damage is violence, then you agree that there was a ton of violence on Jan 6

    BLM, for the most part, is a peaceful organization. Whose interest primarily is milking corporations and wealthy people out of money. Antifa just wants to cause chaos and doesn't really care about anything. They just look for any opportunity to create mayhem casting blame on others to avoid a spotlight being shined on themselves. Most democrats don't even believe Antifa is an organization all.

    With a release date of 7/9/23, and assuming good behavior, even with Pre-Trial Detention he will ONLY Serve 30 Months (2 1/2 Years)...NOT "four years..."

    Are you assuming that Trump's message got them to stop? I haven't seen evidence of that. I think Babbitt getting shot had a chilling effect on many.

    Based on what their own words it was Trump's message.

    It's quite possible that Ashli Babbit getting shot is what made Trump finally agree to call them off after being begged to do it for hours by everyone, including his family and vice president.
