The article is mistitled….Qanon Sharman was not “urging peace”. He was calling on fellow rioters to follow ‘da boss’ and his orders………when the riot was already over…!

 

We have video of what Trump told the gathered crowd. He told them to march peacefully to the Capitol so their "voices could be heard". Not to carry out a "coup" He didnt tell them to enter the Capitol and before Twitter deleted his message he told them to "Go home with love and in peace. Remember this day forever." The shirtless horned hat guy walked into the capitol through opened doors. Conversed casually with Capitol police officers who accompanied him each step of the way. Its protesters trespassing, nothing more for 95% of those imprisoned. And for the other 5% nothing more than what we see frequently when protesters and police confront each other. Black Lives Matter protest at the White House injured just as many officers as 1/6

 

I'm aware of this. I'm not sure how the label "insurrectionists" arose from it. Except the charge of insurrection is the only Constitutional way to bar Trump from ever holding a public office. These jokers are so afraid of Trump that they are willing to destroy the lives of Americans to get to him.

 

It brought 1000s of people to a protest and march. Before he was done speaking to the gathered crowd, before the march began, the Capitol was being breached. 50 more officers with helmets shields and pads could have easily stopped this from being anything more than an unruly protest outside of the Capitol. Instead most protesters who entered the Capitol simply walked through open doors.

 

Not only that, but he was well aware of the type of propaganda people like Bannon and Stone were spreading among his supporters leading up to J6.

We shouldn't limit Trump's awareness to what he said. He knew how to trigger the seeds that his propagandists had spread.

Trump had a shadow cabinet that he trusted more than his actual cabinet, and it included people like Bannon and Stone.

I'm fairly certain releasing all available videos of the timeframes of the events of 1/6/00 does not qualify as 'cherry picking'. But, I may be out of my mind, who knows.

 

Mostly a peaceful protest agitated by "weaponized government sources" that have not been investigated yet.

How does the existence of a video of part of what happened that day amount to all of that? Assuming it's not some deep faked video, it's just an unbiased record of what happened, is it not?

 

Then the GQP's latest poster boy will have plenty of time to campaign for a Senate seat in Arizona.
