Sexual behavior is not to be equated with a sex crime like assault or rape. Considering that no charge was filed secondary to a complaint, by the DA's office asserting sexual assault, by President Clinton, your post is moot.

Find the crime first, then assert a public interest.

I don't understand the problem that social Darwinists have with this issue. After all, the selfish gene spreads itself by attracting the largest number of mates in their prime reproducibility window. Biologically speaking, this is actually rather the measure of success than the bank account of a person. So, opposing the ability of someone to have as many mates (and children from a variety of mates) as they wish, is that not akin to opposing their freedom and success? We don't want to punish success, do we?

Seriously, I think Clinton was perfectly capable to have done this deed. However, the sudden interest in digging up any dirt on the Clinton's is rather suspicious.
