The conservatives in this group deal with the facts.

When Trayvon Martin referred to himself as "The No Limit NI$$A", this was a fact and it reflected badly on his character.

Trayvon's use of illegal drugs and his poor behavior in school were facts and these too reflected badly on his character.

Conversely, the liberals in this group deal with emotions and hysterics. They want to excuse everything Trayvon did that was bad because, like Barack Obama, they desperately want him fit their image of a good, well-mannered 12-year old innocent black child!

 

There has been no evidence in the public eye that can convict Zimmerman; hence, the reason why the local authorities did not file charges.

Now we know mob justice can convict him and that is what will most likely happen, just like those changing their stories.

 

All of these things about Trayvon's bad behavior and more will come out during the trial, if there is one.

Zimmerman is (*)(*)(*)(*)ed. We now have witnesses claiming he was the aggressor. Man this piece of (*)(*)(*)(*) can't be convicted fast enough.

 

Well, the crux is when Zimmerman chose to ignore police instructions and decided to give chase to Martin. A reasonable person would have listened to the police but Zimmerman was in no mood do that because, as he said himself, "These ********s, they always get away".

 

No, the crux is that there was no instruction from the police. "we dont need you to do that" contains no instruction.

 

The Joe Horn case is different because he was actually witnessing the commission of felony. Both the Texas and Florida doctrines allow for lethal force if you witness someone committing a felony. That is also why it is important to remember that Martin was committing no crime.

That case is not mandatory precedence because state courts have no authority over each other. Meaning, other states can look at it and follow it, if they want, but it is not mandatory like a ruling from the US Supreme Court would be. fyi.
