Why would i? He, like his VP successor, invited the authorities in to double check their own people's searches. I hear his wife made them cookies while they searched. When moving literally millions of documents mistakes can be made.
It's not the having of some documents its the refusal to give back the ones up that you shouldn't have and of course the level of secrecy.
