A question on the documents

Trump has refuted exactly zero in the documents case against him. When he gets on the stand and testifies, he will have his chance to refute the evidence against him. Until now, all he has done is publish unsupported-by-any-EVIDENCE personal opinions.

But I'll respond anyway since the answer is so easy: Who is the "we" to whom you refer ? What does Biden need to "come clean" about ? There are no Articles of Impeachment pending much less any indictment ( like the 91 felony counts for the Orange Stain).

 

Answer the question.

 

He has given testimony and evidence and documents are not bribes.

When is Biden giing to refute the evidence against him and he and Hunter come clean? Why don't you care if our worst foreign adversaries are bribing them?

 

Who was he going to sell those documents to ? Why don't you care that the ex-President made off with classified documents and didn't return them after being officially asked ?

When is he going to come clean ?

They were his "trophies". Items he could use for show and brag about.
Having them in his possession gave him a bargaining chip for his Trump style "negotiations". (very similar to how the mob operated)
Keepsakes of being in POWER ....which he thrives on.
Bragging items to influential people

IOW: NO rational, logical , or professional reason to keep them. They were not his to keep anyhow. Because they were off limits he WANTED them even more. He has NO problem breaking rules. ( rules don't apply to him) Everything else is just Trump spin .

 

It is also about deflecting from Trump, who is the topic.

Trump supporters have no valid rationale for Thump's "taking" those documents, keeping them carelessly in insecure places , and then refusing to return them when asked for. But as it was Trump that did it, it seems fine by them.

 

Your post has only accusation and no credible sources that you can use to back it up... when did Trump even suggest "Sharing them with foreign governments"

The ones that gets me are the demands to show them the highly classified documents found at Mar a lago. If they weren't secrets that need to be protected there wouldn't be a court proceeding.

 

Yes.... the silly little game Smith will play will be the jury will not be allowed to see this "national security" document(s) that Trump had... they literally can not see the evidence Trump is being charged with, unheard of in our court system...

Cannon's ruling has left the door open, for now, with the jury questionnaire..... Cannon has denied Trump the PRA argument, FOR NOW...For the "National security" documents and the "PRA" issue.... Smith claims classification has nothing to do with it...as this trial progresses and there is even a hint from Smith to bring the word "classification" into the argument, Cannon may well bring the PRA back into the discussion... when the indictment brings up "classified document" 58 times yet Smith argues it has nothing to do with "classified documents", then there may have to be a reassessment by Cannon.

That's because Cannon won't let the indictments come to trial. A lot of evidence has been made public but, until it's actually presented in court we can't know. TRaitor tRump "CLAIMS" to be innocent, yet he keeps using every delaying tactic his lawyers can dream up to postpone the trial. IF "I" were innocent I would WANT to get to trial and prove it.

As you say "Jack Smith HAS" the documents. How would a civilian show them to you or anyone. Wouldn't the best thing for everyone; tRaitor tRump included, be to have the trial and get it out in the open so tRaitor tRump can PROVE his innocence.

Trump declassified the documents and you can't show us any documents... whether Smith's document have anything to do about or not about Crossfire.. no documents have been released at all and each one could be "crossfire" documents for all we know...

No. You just run away and hide and cry when I post what we DO know. We know that at least one of them was about military scenario in Iran, which has nothing to do with Crossfire Hurricane, and that the documents involved were still, by Trump's own admission, still classified. Try being intellectually honest and addressing that. I won't hold my breath.
