ROFLMAO not so when it comes to Trump, you can even have fake smoke. Why was a bankrupt company giving that money to the Biden family for the protection they were seeking?
Nope, Trump's criminal investigations were all based on pretty obvious cause. Would you like to discuss them?
I beg to differ. On Dec 4 Trump v Raffensburger was filed. The safe harbor date is Dec 8. It was not ruled on at the time he sent his alternate electors
Bruh I’m not going on a wild goose chase through probably hundreds of memos his lawyers sent to find the one that you’re talking about specifically which may or may not exist. You made the claim. Source it.
Well, Georgia (and their R governor) didn't bother waiting until the safe harbor date, certifiying on 11/20, so Trump was late. When I say safe harbor date, of course I mean any lawsuit has to be filed before a state certifies. Didn't recall Georgia was that posiitive about their recounts that they certified earlier than most.. SNIP Certifying election results is typically a formality, but the process has become the latest battleground in Trump’s longshot attempt to cling onto power. His campaign is trying to block or delay certification in key states in hopes of overturning Biden’s victory through the Electoral College. The scheme essentially becomes impossible if key states certify their presidential results before December 8, which is known as a “safe harbor” deadline under federal law. Now that Georgia has certified its results, the state has met the deadline and Congress is required to respect the pro-Biden slate of electors. Well there were damn sure open lawsuits at that point. So if the state refuses to certify his electors and refuses to follow the law in regards to sending two sets of electors, what? The presidential candidate is just screwed?
I don't care if JIM Biden was trying to cash in on his family name. He had no power. Prove that JOE Biden was involved and then I will care.
If there is a legit doubt as to the outcome of an election in an indiviidual state, the state will likely send two sets of electors. There is precedent there, and no precedent of your "what if" scenario. Bottom line is that it's 100% the call of the state, not the candidate...
For the billionth time, the Eastman memo. The Chesebro memo. Playing make believe that you are so completely in the dark about the most basic facts of this topic is not convincing. No one is that inept. But if you need some hand holding, let's start here.
States don't do that. They have actual laws regarding which electors to send. And they did so. The STATES did not send TWO SETS of electors. There's a very basic law about this if you'd like to talk about it. It is called the ECA. It says that the official votes are the ones that approved by the state executive and sent under the seal of the state.
You’re admitting that you want to vote for a man that has cheated on all of his wives. Is on tape saying that he assaults women. Has been found liable for sexually assaulting a woman and then defaming her and has been documented telling about 30,000 lies and misleading statements during his presidency and you think I need to check MY values?
Well, yes. Because the Orange Stain tells him what to think and the message from him is the "women let you do it", they're not lies they're "alternative facts", and the court's finding was biased and the result of a "witch hunt" and he's the "most innocent man in the world". Because he knows better than every single person in the entire country, including you. That's why.
