No issues with and someone should have warned the poor girl. I have had a small burn on the breast and even though I used the gentlest wound care product available the edges of the dressing blistered making the situation worse! In many ways you guys are better off with balls than boobs

Regulated in this context refers to supplies. that is the only thing that makes sense considering what a militia is. it isn't a standing military. it is citizens that come together and fight only when they need to. regulation refers to regulars, boots, ammo, consumables. and you will understand exactly why people need to have fire arms ammo, magazines, armor and so forth. these will be the regulars.

people must own firearms military grade firearms in order for there to be a militia, because there cannot be a central armory that is controlled by a government. there cant be a militia that is controlled by a governing body. that violates its function.
